I was charged twice for one night’s stay by an incompetent night clerk

Outlets didn’t work, I couldn’t shower in the am because the lights and outlets didn’t work in the room. When I reported this to the front desk- no apology. He just shrugged and said it isn’t our issue.

The staff was very nice, but that is where it ended. Remote was dirty and there were seeds and dental floss on the bathroom floor. Woke up to find bugs in the bed. Office moved us to a different room and insisted they must have come in through an open window. Jeat did not work in the new room. Room was 61 degrees. There was another bug and an eyelash on the pillow! Bathroom towels had hair on them. Remote and bathroom fan did not work in the new room.

Room and bathroom were very clean. Beds were comfortable and all of the employees were helpful and friendly.

Our stay was adequate for our purposes. I felt the property tried to keep things clean and tidy, but were hamstrung by budget shortcomings. The breakfast was limited, but served our purposes. The price was very inexpensive.

AC did not work. Could not find staff to check in and no one would answer the phone. Outside trash overflowing but the room was clean.

Very convenient and adequate for my needs, but I would not recommend it to anyone unless they were looking for the absolute lowest priced clean accommodation. There were dogs in a no dog facility, loud guests early in the morning and a modest breakfast offering. The price was fantastic.

Although non-smoking the room smelled like someone had been smoking and there was a burn mark on the bedspread.

Room had a nasty smell. Fairly clean. But the smell wasnt very pleasant. People were nice.
