Supermarket 30 m, restaurant 800 m, bakery, café, internet café 800 m, bus stop. Please note: car recommended. 4-room villa 150 m2. Spacious and bright, comfortable and modern furnishings: living/dining room, on 2 levels with dining nook and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the swimming pool. 1 room with 1 french bed. 1 room with 1 french bed and open-hearth fireplace. Kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, sep. WC. No heating option. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed and shower/WC (private). Large terrace 80 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. We were super happy with everything. The house is very nice, everything is well maintained and has a very nice outdoor area including an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and pool. The contact with the landlords was courteous at all times and everything worke

Comfortable house in the heart of a quiet village as my husband and I appreciate. We did not have the opportunity to see Eva the owner but the contacts were regular and very friendly. Eva was very kind.

Superb week spent in Eva's house, very attentive host, well equipped and quiet house. We have adored. The situation of the house is very close to the Timanfaya park.
