Las Adelfas

2 adults and 2 teenagers stayed here for a week in April 2025. Small complex, all in a square with a pool in middle, and a small baby pool too. A bar which serves food and drink from 10am to 5pm every day and there's a restaurant attached to this which is open some of the days. Not sure if this changes in the summer months though. Good food and reasonably priced alcohol, with a TV inside which they put the football on for us too. There is a sign which says you can't sit at the poolside bar with your own food and drink, and I think this is quite well monitored by the staff too. Nice pool area, sunbeds could do with a little refresh, but the lifeguard is there to give you fresh towels every day to use on the sunbed so you can hide a few of the unpleasant marks. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which is to the left of the complex if you look out from the bar area, and this left hand side doesn't get the sun in the afternoon (someone posted a review before to say it does). Rooms were really spacious, 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and showers too. Not something you see in many apartment complexes of a similar size. Reception is open 9am to 5pm so you need to call a number to check in after this point, which was fine, but I imagine might cause a few people to be a little unsure. Only small issue with the room is that on the ground floor, you can sometimes hear a bit going on from the room above. A family arrived at 11pm on our 2nd night and they spent until 12.30am moving furniture around and sorting cases out, which we heard a lot of and it kept us up until then. Reception were great in sorting that out though and we had no further issues. Location is perfect for us, 10 minutes from the airport and a nice 15-20 minute walk down to the start of the strip in PDC. You can also go the other way to bars and restaurants in Los Pocillos. Taxi back from the centre of the strip only 5 euros. Beach and shops about a 3 minute walk away. Would definitely return, but it would have to be with adding an aircon unit if it was in the summer months, as there is a no air con in the rooms.

My husband and i booked these appt in april not realising when I booked it was the school holidays, the appt was basic needs updating but fully equipped with whatever you needed. Pool area nice and the bar staff was lovely and food was good. The problem we had which spoilt it was even though it says no ball games an lilos permitted, but after 4 days of pool area not been too bad more family's came and these young boys was kicking football around the sunbed area which made me nervous and I couldnt relax because it had come over to our bed a few times and the parents wasn't bothered at all,I was scared of getting hit, teenagers in pool screaming and shouting, the life guard never stopped the ball games or said anything about the lilos,i dint go in the pool because of this reason, if you have a ruling around the pool it should be kept to. We won't be going there again.

Great apartments, well equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday. Visited as a family of four, had all amenities needed including an excellent location. The reception team especially Sergio are so helpful. Would visit again.

Lovely place if you wanna chill out and get some peace and wind down from normal working life, pool lovely and chill with a really good pool bar and little restaurant too, food was good too and all the smoothies they make fresh, loved the iced coffee kept me going lol, the staff was really nice and friendly,reception lady was really really inviting and friendly too, I was abit worried over some of the TripAdvisor comments like the sunbed and chairs dirty but I was very shocked by the time I got to my room which was a 1 bed room place, lovely and clean and a fan bonus.the comments was nothing really general cleaning but this island is all year round so put ya towel down and get over it in my opinion. mostly liked how the little front patios to each of the rooms lead on to the pool and get sun all time of the day depending which way you faced, but the beauty of how the place is set up Is the kids, my are teenagers so can Go in and out the room freely, we manage to keep the room too as we get pick up late and not a bad price for €50 we get another day on hols the whole place is kept really clean and tidy really enjoyed this place for a change of the big hotels, also plenty of bus stop round this place to go where ever you want to go,and only 7 min walk to the rancho texas zoo so brilliant

Booked a cheap 5 day break with 2 friends. Was very pleased with our 2 bedroom apartment. Apartment was fitted to a good srandard, comfy beds and very clean. Pool area had plenty of sun loungers and nice pool - although being January I didn't venture in. Particularly liked that there was no entertainment team so could relax by pool (although people sitting near us may say different putting up with our chatter). Location is a 10 min + out of the main area but next to the beach and supermarkets nearby. I would certainly consider staying here again at the right price

Las Adelfas is located in a quiet area of Puerto Del Carmen, easy walking distance to restaurants and bars. The complex is basic (no a/c, no heated pool, minimal room service). The pool area was peaceful, but many sunbeds were grimy and spillages not cleaned up. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The onsite bar/cafe served good food, but not always the friendliest. Overall, felt over-priced for what we paid.
