Atlantis Las Lomas

Was at this complex in march and had an adapted room the only thing that was adapted was the bathroom Beds were like bricks the same with the sofa causing me back pain Cockroaches every morning and woke to being bite during the night Every day was a struggle to leave and enter the appartment as people had set their sun loungers right outside our entrance which was not good as i had a rollater to help me move Do not pay for tv remote as there is only 2 english channels If you r looking somewhere quite this is not the place for u Too many drunks and to noisy

We visited Atlantis las lomas for our 2nd trip to Lanzarote as a family of 4 adults and 1 toddler. We were very disappointed in this complex, the rooms were filthy and dated. Covered in mould. Bath covered in orange marks and the baths had also been painted which was horrible. All the sealant was coming off from around the bath. Window & door handles falling off. Broken beds the list goes on. The complex was ok but not much to do, kids play park was a joke, need. Full revamp . Food was absolutely vile from the restaurant apart from the pizza but pretty sure they are frozen ones anyway so can’t go wrong with that. Staff rude. Very rowdy complex with lots of loud Irish people. Wouldn’t return

We stayed here as a family of 4 in a promo (non refurbished) apartment over February half term. I was a bit worried before arriving due to some negative reviews but honestly, I couldn’t fault the place. A quick taxi ride from the airport and we arrived, were given all relevant info and checked in within a few minutes. Our first floor apartment was just past reception overlooking the main pool, although dated it was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the sofa bed not so much but the kids didn’t complain. Balcony was an excellent size and got the sun pretty much all day, there was also a good sized clothes rack. Maids came most days and did a decent clean and changed towels when needed. Although no air con, we didn’t miss it, might not be the same in the summer. Sunbeds become available at 10am and are plentiful. We never struggled to get some and the pool area was kept immaculately clean. The onsite pool bar was good value and the food was cooked fresh and was tasty. Drinks were reasonably priced as well. There is also a shop across the road which is perfect to stock up on drinks and snacks etc. There is no kids club or entertainment but that didn’t bother us, was actually quite nice without it. The best thing for me about these apartments is the location, slap bang in the middle of the strip and old town, everything within walking distance. Although people talk about cardiac hill there are so many ways to avoid this and taxis are also very reasonable. All in all we had a great stay and have enquired about returning later in the year as we absolutely loved the resort.

Great central location, spacious apartments cleaned regularly and well equipped! The bars on site and restraint are great offering great value especially at happy hour! The hotel team are fantastic- Excellent customer service we will definitely be back! 4 pools cleaned every day with ample sunbeds no need to be there as they open them as they are plentiful! Rooms very dated,wifi you have to pay for and didnt work, safe you have to pay for and very old and temperamental,tv had a mind of its own only worked sometimes and no hot water in mornings ,pool bar food good and cheap,and staff nice ,hotel up a little hill which was short and no bother for us . Pool freezing cold and no one went in it .

Stayed here for 5 nights with a large group of family and friends. In a very convenient location with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Is situated on top of a hill but its only a short hill and no problem if you don't have mobility issues. Apartments are big and spacious, have all the basics, hairdryer, kettle, toaster, hobb, no shower gels or shampoos. Room cleaned twice weekly, had no bother getting extra towels when needed. Pool area quiet, lots of beds, 2 different levels, each level has 2 pools with a shallow and a deep. Food is fine in pool bar, staff friendly. Its a nice clean basic complex.
