Situated at the casino end of the strip, just off the main road (no hill to negotiate) Lovely small apartment complex. Quiet and welcoming. The studios are a little dated, but perfectly adequate and had everything you would need. (no hairdryer, bring your own) Small pool, and about 12 sun loungers. Limited opening times at reception. Very close to all restaurants and shopping. Great stay, thank you

I booked a solo holiday and was really pleased at the location and the apartment Every thing was what I expected but could have done with a more comfortable bed..but that is my only nag Friendly place and the staff and owner couldn’t be more accommodating and also very clean All and all I’d stay again if they have the space to as it gets booked up Quickly.

Had been so looking forward to visiting this complex after reading reviews and actually visiting reception when we've been in pdc. Zuzanne is lovely. Having had the apartment booked for 1yr we had requested an upstairs room, but on arrival reception was closed (Wed/Sun) we had been allocated room 621. Wasn't in the best place but 622/623 were worse. First impression was it seemed OK. Bedding was lovely and clean and that was about it. The toilet was filthy and I did mention this to reception the following day as we had to wipe it before using. We had thought that was it until using the shower, it was full of black soap scum and just muck, didn't look like anything had been cleaned in a while and same was for the cooking utensils which were full of food, the fridge had a horrible food smell too. The complex was full of much older people who seemed to treat it like it was their own place, all shouting to each other and playing music quite loud and sat there eating cereal. There wasn't many sunbeds and the ones there had towels on them first thing in the mornings so we never got to go around the pool. Also right outside our apartment was a rubbish bin that was overflowing with rubbish most days. Not sure why people don't use the bin in the apartment. Towels are meant to be changed every 3 days and ours never got changed at all in the week we were there, the bin was emptied on the Monday but no cleaning etc was done whilst we stayed there. I saw a woman (guest) walk up our path to go under the stairs to get next door and then to top that on our last day, we came back to find someone had been sitting on our patio (probably in the sun) had left magazine on the table. Came in the apartment and there was a cockroach crawling out of the bathroom door frame. These apartments are in a fantastic location however that's about it, they are filthy and I'm not sure how people say they are clean.

This was a perfect stay for myself and husband for our anniversary. Lovely clean and well equipped studio apartment, overlooking the swimming pool. In a great location and a few minutes walk down to the main sea front and strip. Lovely comfortable bed and pillows, No problem not having air conditioning, as we had a ceiling fan, slatted windows we left open in bedroom area, kitchen area, and bathroom window, so had a nice circulation of fresh, cool air. The receptionist Suzanne was lovely and really helpful giving tips on good places to vist. The cleaning lady was very sweet and works really hard. The owner was lovely, friendly and always happy to stop and have a chat,she was really kind giving us a lovely bottle of wine on our anniversary, thank you x We would love to stay here again, we had the pool to ourselves on quite a few occasions, and the best bit we loved was the peace and quiet during the day and at night.

On arrival the room wasnt very clean and there was dirty plates and cups in the cupboard and although the maid came in most days it was never really cleaned. There seemed to be a lot of long stay old aged brits staying there and they treated the place like it was for their sole use . the only good thing here was the location but i wouldnt go back.

We stayed here in December on a budget trip so we’re not expecting much but our expectations were totally exceeded. The location is perfect, located just off the strip on a quiet road, across from the supermarket. Everything is within walking distance and there was never any noise from street level. Reception is part time and we called the number on the door and we’re given clear instructions on access to our room and checked in the following morning. The rooms while basic had everything we needed, they were clean and cleaner called every day. The lounge area is small however it is is a very small complex, there were sun loungers and a small pool. The grounds were very nice and it was a lovely area to sit out on. Would defiantly return, fantastic value for money.
