Solid Exactly what we needed and Dean was very responsive

Great Experience This property was great and Dean was amazing to work with. When we are back in this area, we will definitely stay again.

Disappointment Now I will preface this by saying that the unit I am reviewing is not the one that was shown as I was told the morning of check in that I needed to move to another one of their units due to the boiler being out. I selected the unit from the ones they offered. Upon my arrival the unit was not cleaned and member of staff was cleaning it was going to be another 2 hours until it was ready for me. I left my belongings and left as I was in town for work. When I returned the unit was still dirty. The floors were sticky and stained, the walls and vents were covered in dust. The area of the unit was in a very questionable area as well. I did not report these issues since I was working night shift and needed the day to sleep. Overall a huge disappointment.
