Plus 1/2 bathroom and an access to the laundry room with plenty of closets. Guest access: Guests have access to the whole house with exception to an owner's closet and garage. Other details to note: You have access to your own private washer and dryer; vacuum cleaner, iron with an iron board are included; dedicated driveway parking spot for 1 car plus additional street parking.
