Uno de los peores hoteles que he estado,personal muy desagradable,no hay menú infantil, desayuno muy pobre,se nos abrió la ventana de madrugada y no se cerraba,no había aire acondicionado,mucho calor,casi no dormimos,pulsador de WC roto,.muy caro,no se merece ni dos estrellas.No ir a este hotel.

Aparentemente parece un hotel 4 estrellas por el exterior y cuando entras al hall pero el interior deja que desear. Las habitaciones con muchos defectos y el colchón bastante mejorable. El desayuno casi inexistente por las pocas cosas que había y mejor no comentar el zumo de naranja y piña que había. Lo peor que he probado en un hotel. Tuvimos que pedir a 3 personas diferentes que nos trajeran un poco de leche vegetal… El spa decente para pasar un ratillo agradable y la chica del mismo, muy agradable.

Todo muy bien. Habitaciones grandes y bonitas. Situación muy buena. Desayunos y cenas muy rico. Personal del hotel muy amable. Recomiendo este hotel. El spa no puedo opinar ya que no lo utilizamos. Quedamos muy contentos . Fue una buena elección

Die Sterne gab es sicher vor vielen Jahren einmal zurecht. Die Matraze war durchgelegen, Im Zimmer roch es sehr stark nach künstlichem Lufterfrischer und letztendlich lag mein Zimmer zu Hauptstraße hin und war deshalb sehr laut (mein Kollege hatte weniger Glück, sein Zimmer lag zur Rettungsstelle hin)

El hotel no está mal, pero tiene varios detalles que evidencian la necesidad de una renovación...con cierta urgencia. La habitación tiene buen tamaño, algo mayor de lo que se suele ver en hoteles similares. La limpieza es correcta, pero el desgaste de los muebles es evidente. Además las televisiones son antiguas (20 años no se los quita nadie) y por ejemplo no puedes ver canales HD y otros muchos se pixelan. Las camas no nos resultaron cómodas a todos, por las almohadas, siendo en su gran mayoría muy finas y blandas. En la mayoría de habitaciones no hay plato de ducha, en su lugar hay bañera (2 de 3 de las nuestras con bañera), siendo un dato a tener en cuenta por mucha gente. El ascensor del hotel es de cristal, panorámico, importante para el que tenga vértigo y tenga que subir al quinto piso. El personal amable y efectivo, lo mejor de un hotel de 4 estrellas, que ya no lo es.
