Awful accommodation, the photo not match what u see in reality, dirty old, bad smell, breakfast is looks really bad, they making fake reviews here, I don’t recommend to anyone !

I stayed overnight for the Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebration. The breakfast provided was rather ordinary and unappealing but acceptable. There was no controller for the air conditioning in the room, and the television had intermittent sound therapy broadcasts with no audio. The room was quite cramped, but the bathroom was very spacious and comfortable. There were also ants, lizards, and cockroaches roaming around the room. We had to use insect repellent to fend off these pests. Overall, it was somewhat uncomfortable, and the hotel management needs to take action.

Everything was good with that price. Nothing to complain about. Sufficient enough for late check in due to late night arrival. With free breakfast. What can you ask for?

It’s a very basic hotel with simple amenities. The breakfast wasn’t that good. No varieties of food.
I wouldn’t really recommend it.

The location is near to Sky Bridge, 30mins to Cenang, but it’s okay as we have rented car. The room is value for money, but the swimming pool is quite normal, different from shown in website photo. The choice of breakfast is different for 2 days, at least we won’t eat the same food for 2 days. Limited parking, can park at roadside.

The hotel looks nothing like the in the photos. When we got there the pool was closed for renovation, there was a big hole in the ground which did not look safe. The room we booked was a twin bed, there were only 1 bottle of mineral water provided in the room, 1 half used toilet paper and tons of dead insects outside the room. On the second day, the hotel informed us that they have water disruption 9am-1pm and gave us an option to wait it out or to move to their sister residence called Perdana Residence, which was worse than Alia Residence. There were no lights in the bathroom, the AC wasnt working and it was hot, no towels provided in the room. The sofa looked so disgusting with very questionable stain marks. We got to Perdana around 6.30pm, and ended up booking another hotel for the rest of our trip.

Hotel was cheap and enough for one night. Good location between airport and sky bridge. Cheap transport via Grab (6-11 RM between those locations). Near hotel we have cheap shops and many different type of restaurants. Room and bathroom very old, but balcony perfect (big and comfortable). Air condition loud (I think that only in our room because main unit on balcony was loud) but works. WiFi is slow but enough for Netflix or websites. Breakfast enough - fried rice, beans, beverages (water,coffee, tea). Best thing is swimming pool and rest area (hammocks, chairs, deckchairs). No beach available (only mud terrain close to the hotel)

Hotel reception staff very friendly & helpful. The pool timing till 10 pm is a plus point. If you hire a vehicle, it's easier. The beds were convenient for a family of four. Doors have to be oiled up, To prevent them from being stuck.
