Thank you for the excellent hospitality to Mr. Rudy’s team, great service, spacious and comfortable rooms. Close to eateries and souvenir shops. The breakfast was delicious too.

The standard rooms are at the opposite building of the resort. Dinner in the resort is below rm30 for each dish and about rm10 for each drink. This is a unique great place to dine and view the sea in the sunset. The pool is very fun and enjoyable. Totally recommend walking to rams home decor for cheap varieties of chocolate, as the prices seem cheaper than cenang beach.

i really appreciate for the customer service from the staff as they’re very helpful. We stay there for Lima and mingle around langkawi via motorcycles and it’s rainy days. They allow us to have early check in at 11am and permit us to keep my bags at luggage area for a while after checkout. The environment and view of hotel is superb. Thanks also to trip.com for  taking responsibility as they substitute my stay after they canceled my first booking after payment.

This hotel is such a worst experience of my life. Unfriendly staff, dirty and filthy bedding and cleanliness. I would not recommend anyone to go to this hotel. They cheat by showing main building photos and videos and after arriving ask you to pay more or live in another building. All the photos and videos are attached. Once you highlight any problems to this hotel staff they treat you worst after that and push you to go away.

Great place; near the beach. Pleasant stay. But breakfast was average.

Very very bad stay. First they allocated us at back wing which the whoe block only us (2rooms). Upon entering the room, it is so smelly as totally no air circulation. The toilet is dirty and water is dirty as well. Left with no option, asked front desk whether we can shift to another block as the room is so smelly and water is dirty. Reception said need to pay rm30 ler room, left with no choice we are forced to pay that. Very bad service and wont return for sure.

It could be a five…it has potential! But, first they give you a room in a building with mold! And you have to move to the building where the reception is…and that will cost you more money!...do not ask for the room to be clean because it is not going to be clean!...if you ask, you will get everything you ask , toilet paper, water, coffee…Internet is slow, slow and very slow, and non-existent at times! You do get nice sunset views, good breakfast and speedy check-out!

very good place but the building quite old the facilities good the room guite big for normal room come with sofa and table..have swimming pool attractive with view near sea and Jetty Kuah very nice can saw nearby mountain and yatch. 1.Mini zoo 2.Swimming Pool 3.Room Single quite big have sofa, table, wardrobe, mini bar

Hotel definitely needs some renovation, air-conditioning noises is very unbearable, staff is helpful

Good place for honeymoon and holidays with family. Swimming pool very cool and best for my kids swim.
