Ambong Pool Villas - Private Pool

Semua staff sangat bagus dan friendly. tak ada satu pun boleh complain. villa pulak memang best. bersih dan view sangat cantik. sangat sesuai datang bersama family kecil atau couple.

Prior to making a booking, I'd contacted Ambong reservation team with regards to my father, who need assistance walking. The team was swift with their replies and helpful in recommending us the most suitable pool villa for the elderly. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the front desk receptionist, Shifa. We had our late lunch at Rimba Restaurant, food was deliciously authentic and portion generous. Restaurant service was amazing as well. Booked a total of 3 pool villas for 6 adults and two, under 12 years old, children. We couldn't ask for a better view of the sea, it was amazing. The peacefulness of the resort rejuvenated and calmed our souls. In fact, we could just spend the whole day in the villa room itself, with the kids playing in the pool and adults chatting & snacking by the deck. The Buluh Tebing Farm Tour and Cooking Class was a good family bonding session, though the cook in the family was complaining about cooking during a vacation. Ha! Not forgetting, service of the staffs in the resort was top-notch. They were very attentive and warm. A big thank you to Nizal, the resort's driver who never failed to send my father up/down the slope, so he doesn't have to make extra effort walking. Also to Rimba Restaurant's Shahidan, chats with him brought us lots of joy. He was extremely friendly and always there to make sure we were all well fed and enjoying our time in Rimba. All in all, it had been a memorable trip for my family and I. We love to return again. Kudos, Ambong Pool Villas!

Had a great stay here with my friends, the staff were all so lovely and accommodating, especially Shifa and Lee. They had good options for breakfast and had a vegan restaurant on-site too. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

We stayed in the Kemoja Villa. The room was cosy and spacious. The private pool, which can be accessed via the toilet, room itself and the patio, was a nice size. We spent 90% of the time in the villa, catching up on sleep, watched movies and swim. The food was truly amazing and the asam pedas was to die for. We had most of our meals in the villa as they could deliver them from Rimba Restaurant. The staff were really attentive and provided a personal touch. They were really friendly and catered to our needs well. Shout out to Abang Li and Benjamin who facilitated our check in and ran through the facilities of the villa. Kudos to Afiq who served us during the sunset dinner at Rimba Sky. The entire stay was truly memorable and we're looking forward to the next trip there.

First of all I would like to say that this is THE BEST FAMILY VACATION we ever had since 14 years of marriage! We had an amazing stay at the Ambong Pool Villa. The staff were very helping and friendly. Akane and Tajol very welcoming us. They are so concern and very kind. They made us feel at home. We had a perceft relaxing and fantastic family time over 2 nights at the "Temayong Villa". The villa very spacious and calm. The amenities were top notch. Especially the mosquito kits, they help us to prepare before night all over the villa. The pool very impressive the kids with open view of direct sea. It's totally private and cozy atmosphere. Kids enjoyed their time playing hide and seek. The option of the foods perfect. Local and Western. We be entertained by the room service breakfast at our dining table. We felt very home cooked. Me and my wife really had a special moment together during night. Both of us "talking to the moon" outside while breathe with the fresh smell of the sea water and the tropical mini jungle. This is real moon bathe experienced. The breeze outside while lay down own the beach chair really make me "beyond imagination". Lastly, we can't wait to return again here!
