MMichele WoodThere is a difference between a suite and a studio. The suite has a separate room. Studio is one room. Both have small kitchen and pull out sofa. In our studio we could use the cushions from the sofa as another extra bed on the floor! There was no oven - just a stove top. There is full fridge, freezer, microwave, some dishes, some utensils and a pot and pan. Indoor pool was nice and warm maybe about 88?. Hot tub was adjustable heat and beautiful with jets. Great view of Pikes Peak. Not noisy. There was a full shower in the pool area (no walls and in the pool area). Lots of choices for breakfast buffet - eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, juice, sausage, waffles.

CColleen M.Amazing staff with an understanding of being not just professionally courteous and welcoming but as well as compassionate and empathetic of someone who struggles with a chronic illness. I would give them a 10 star rating if it was possible, especially the manager, Jeff. He went above and beyond and for that I am truly grateful. Thank you guys for an amazing stay, every time. I hope to see you guys again soon. :)

TTài khoản kháchThe stay was overall pleasant. Clean rooms with all you would need for a quick one night stay. The night front desk person was not very polite. He canceled my reservation and when I arrived he gloated when telling me this. He treated me as if my payment method was declined for nefarious reasons on my part when in actuality my bank coded the transaction as possible fraud. He told me he would have to see if the room was still available and that all the hotels in town were booked. I told him if he didn’t find a room I would take my business elsewhere since he was so rude!

TTài khoản kháchEverything was good. The room was clean and for the most part it was quiet. When I booked my room I wasn't told about the $150 deposit needed to stay. The front desk person wouldn't even work with me on it. he was pretty rude about it and the girl just stood behind him and let him continue to be rude about it. Luckily I was able to find the money somehow but they really need to be able to help you out when you're not told about the deposit being that high. They should be able to help lower it as a courtesy of you're not told about it up front. Other than that everything was good.
