I stayed at Avani Khon Kaen Hotel and really enjoyed the experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. The bed was super soft, and the overall vibe of the room made it easy to relax after a long day. The hotel itself feels modern and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Breakfast had a good variety and everything tasted fresh. The location is also convenient — easy to get around the city and close to shops and cafés. The only small thing is that it can get a bit busy during peak hours, but it didn’t really affect my stay. Overall, it’s a solid and comfortable hotel, and I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Khon Kaen.

Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff, good location. Love the coffee offered by staff at breakfast. It’s simple but lovely. Nice cocktails with two bartenders guy at Sky bar 👍👍👍

We are coming here every time we go to Khon Kaen, and we stay always 10-15days, I like this hotel. But this time we there was an issue with the floor if the room, that was exploding and we must to change room at 6am. No one sorry, no one helped us, nothing.. I'm very not happy with the way to solve this issue.

Newly renovated! The hotel was just renovated and looked better than before. I was stay here last year too. The location was also excellent in the heart of Khon Kaen, closed to so many shops and department store. Service was great but we actually booked a twin bed room not a double bed room. The bar at the hotel was good for relax, the staff was also very friendly. Recommended!

All good for the room and service. But in the room, there is only the air-con controller problem, it seems automatically, it was too hot sometimes at night and too cold in the Morning.

Though this is one of the city’s older hotels, it’s impressively well-maintained and continuously improved. The attentive staff, excellent cleanliness, and quality amenities made for a very pleasant stay. Highlights and Impressions From the moment of arrival, the hospitality stood out. The team greeted us warmly, and the bell staff were quick to assist with luggage and loading or unloading the car. Overflow parking is conveniently located in a nearby covered structure, and a small shuttle cart is available if needed. Our Deluxe Double Room was spotless and comfortable. Linens and towels were clean and in great shape, and the room felt freshly updated. A newly installed 43” Samsung Smart TV worked perfectly for streaming via Fire Stick, and the walk-in shower provided strong water pressure and consistent hot water. Toiletries included shampoo, body wash, shower cap, and cotton swabs. The only downside was that slippers were unavailable during our stay. Breakfast offered a satisfying variety with a made-to-order egg station, boiled eggs, fresh salads, and a mix of Thai and Western items. The salad was crisp and fresh, though the butter substitute and instant coffee were a bit disappointing. Espresso and cappuccino drinks are available for an additional charge. The pool area is inviting but lacks enough lounge chairs — a small improvement that would make a big difference. The fitness center, however, was excellent, featuring modern, well-maintained machines, cardio and weight equipment, and a designated space for stretching or boxing. The wellness center provides great value as well — a relaxing 90-minute foot massage costs only 240 baht (about $7.50). The room was spacious, almost excessively so, leaving quite a bit of unused space. While two chairs are provided, a small sofa or lounge would make the room feel more complete. Overall verdict: Kosa Hotel & Wellness Center remains one of Khon Kaen’s most dependable and well-run hotels. It balances old-school Thai hospitality with modern amenities and excellent value for money. Highly recommended for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and a warm, welcoming stay in the heart of the city.

Phòng sạch sẽ, yên tĩnh và tiện lợi. Có chỗ đậu xe ở nhiều tầng. Ban đầu tôi nghĩ sẽ khó tìm chỗ đậu xe trong thành phố, nhưng hóa ra lại quá đủ. Tôi không chắc mình có ở lại vào mùa cao điểm hay không. Nhược điểm là các phòng ở tầng trệt không được cách âm. Ngủ ở đó cứ như ngủ với bạn bên cạnh vậy. Điều này hoàn hảo cho những người đi du lịch một mình sợ ma, haha. Nhưng nếu bạn muốn một căn phòng yên tĩnh và cách âm, hãy hỏi nhân viên. Họ có thể có các loại phòng hoặc tầng khác. Một vấn đề khác là số lượng ổ cắm điện hạn chế. Không đủ ổ để sạc điện thoại, hoặc thậm chí là không có ổ nào cả. Tôi khuyên bạn nên cải thiện hai điểm này. Nhìn chung, khách sạn khá tốt. Đây là điểm dừng chân của chúng tôi và hoàn toàn đáp ứng mọi tiêu chí của chúng tôi. Bãi đậu xe tuyệt vời bên cạnh ngôi nhà gỗ. Ngôi nhà gỗ sạch sẽ và rộng rãi với chiếc giường rất thoải mái. Rất khó tìm vì Google muốn đưa chúng tôi đến một khu nghỉ dưỡng Greenview khác ở Maha Sarakam nên phải mất 30 phút để tìm khu nghỉ dưỡng. Thân thiện với chó. Khó bật TV (và không có gì khác để làm ở khu nghỉ dưỡng)...thực tế, chúng tôi được thông báo rằng toàn bộ hệ thống TV trong toàn khu nghỉ dưỡng bị hỏng (điều này không đúng nhưng bạn phải sử dụng tùy chọn Nguồn để căn chỉnh với hộp minix). Đối với đồ ăn...bạn phải sử dụng Grab, họ sẽ giao hàng trực tiếp đến ngôi nhà gỗ của bạn. Tất cả trong một kỳ nghỉ rất dễ chịu và tôi chắc chắn sẽ sử dụng nơi này làm điểm dừng chân hoặc đến sân golf gần đó trong tương lai.

The hotel is clean enough, had a lovely view of the lake and the beds were comfy, air con worked, and it was decent basic accommodation. The wardrobe doors were broken and the drains smelt from the bathroom, which wasn't the nicest. To be honest the whole place could do with a facelift and a lick of paint but the room we had was spacious and its cheap, simple accommodation. The rooftop is actually very lovely, with views out over the lake and the city. We didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on that. The staff were friendly with no frills, and we all did our best to communicate with English/Thai barrier.
