部屋やホテル自体は非常に綺麗かつモダンで過ごしやすいです。しっかりシャンプー・コンディショナー・ボディーソープが用意してあったり、無料の水やお茶、コーヒーの用意があるなど、コスパも非常に良いです。 しかしサービス面で問題があります。夜中にエアコン周辺からの水漏れが起き、whatsappを通じて連絡しましたが返信まで1時間もかかりました。部屋の交換を申し出てくれましたが、もう深夜だったのでひとまず断りました。が、その後フォローアップの連絡や水漏れ箇所の確認などもなし。なんのサポートもヘルプもありませんでした。 新しいタオルはセルフサービスですが、水漏れを拭くのに使ったので次の日新しいものを取りに行ったら1つしかない、部屋の床には糞がこびりついているなど、部屋がとても綺麗で心地よかった分、サービスや問題が起きた時の対応が非常不快でした。 フロントがないので仕方のないことですが、その分問題が起きたときの対応はしっかりすべきだと思います。このホテルチェーンには二度と泊まりません。

Stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Location was near to one of the squares which had the Christmas market. But about a 30 min walk to the famous arc. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included - food offerings were simple with not much variety but tasted decent. Good enough just for some fuel to start the day.

Phòng rất rộng rãi và điều hòa hoạt động tốt. Dịch vụ dọn phòng đến mỗi ngày và giữ cho phòng luôn sạch sẽ và thơm tho. Bữa sáng được bao gồm trong kỳ nghỉ của chúng tôi, và đó là bữa sáng thông thường của khách sạn. Bạn có thể chọn các món nóng như trứng bác và các sản phẩm từ thịt như đậu, xúc xích hoặc thịt xông khói. Có một ngày họ còn phục vụ thêm nấm. Phòng có một két sắt nhỏ để đựng đồ có giá trị khi chúng tôi rời đi trong ngày và nhiều không gian lưu trữ quần áo và vali. Phòng tắm cũng rất đẹp, nhiều không gian trên bệ bếp và thậm chí còn có dây phơi quần áo ngang bồn tắm để phơi đồ nếu bạn cần, chẳng hạn như áo sơ mi hoặc tất. Khách sạn nằm đối diện một sân tập bóng đá nhỏ, nên từ ban công, chúng tôi có thể xem mọi người chơi bóng. Lưu ý là khách sạn rất gần sân bay (khoảng 10 phút) nên có tiếng ồn từ máy bay nhưng hầu như không đáng kể. Trong thời gian chúng tôi ở, 2 thang máy chính bị hỏng và không sử dụng được, nhưng may mắn là chúng tôi ở tầng hai nên việc đi cầu thang rất dễ dàng, nhưng họ vẫn có những thang máy khác. Và đối với những ai không muốn ra khỏi khách sạn để ăn trưa hoặc ăn tối, họ có rất nhiều món ăn trong khu vực nhà hàng và quầy bar. Nhưng chỉ vài bước chân quanh khu vực đó, bạn sẽ tìm thấy những địa điểm tuyệt vời để thưởng thức ẩm thực như một nhà hàng Thổ Nhĩ Kỳ với thực đơn 10 trang mà tôi thực sự khuyên bạn nên thử.

酒店位置不在城裡，但是走路十分鐘有地鐵站可以到老城區時間不長，而且也因為不在城裡打車交通去機場之類的特別方便。酒店早餐都非常不錯種類豐富質量也可以而且服務特別好。SANA是葡萄牙當地的酒店連鎖，質量服務都蠻有保障的。酒店所在的位置就在飛機降落起飛的航網上，但房間裡邊隔音不錯，如果想看飛機拍飛機的話堪稱一絕。

The hotel is well located, nearby the Parque Eduardo VII and not far from the downtown. It has average facilities with questionable staff service, especially when it comes to front desk reception employees. In any case, pretty standard 3 stars hotel which accepts children in the same room as the parents - making the hotel suitable for families. Looking for a ironing board over 3 nights of stay was the downside, no irons available which was very disappointing. Front desk always stated they would deliver in the next morning, never came and it was rehersed - got the same excute from 2-3 different front desk employees. On the other hand the breakfast and swimming pool are good for what you pay for. Recommended for short stays only.

It was a good location, nice and clean, with a balcony, nice staff and they upgraded my room, so the bathroom was in our room, which was good. The only thing is that there wasn't any events, even though they were advertised.

I won’t recommend this apartment though it is only less than 10 mins walk from the Martim Moniz metro station and the city centre. The apartment is located at the back alley of some old buildings. There were a lot of homeless people and wanderers at both ends of the alleys. The most unacceptable thing was that the alley was stinky with the very bad smell of urine and garbage. Since the apartment is inside the alley that car cannot go inside, even we took Uber, we still need to walk 2-min from either end of the alley to the apartment. Unfortunately we were assigned with a room on the ground level of the 4-storey apartment. To be exact, the room was slightly below ground level, meaning that we could see the feet of the people walking on the street through the 2 windows of our room. It was also a bit noisy when people talked on the street, parked their bicycle right at the windows of our room. Obviously we couldn’t open our windows or curtains, meaning that it was like staying in a room without windows. We have asked for a change of room. Since we were staying there for 7 nights, we also didn’t mind to change for only a few nights in the middle of the stay, however we were not provided with any option to change our room even though we booked this apartment 4 MONTHS ago (not the last minute customers). Besides, the sound proofing of the apartment was bad. We could hear everyone talking outside. Since it’s the ground floor unit, there were more people passing by and going up to different floors and in and out the building, all sounds were quite annoying especially during the late night. Among the 7 nights, there were also 2 nights having some sorts of alarm in the mid nights for over 30 minutes. All these issues were very disturbing too. Adding to it, the bed and pillows of the apartment were too hard and not comfortable to us. We didn’t have any good sleep unfortunately. Nevertheless the interior of the apartment was fine, spacious and clean. Decoration was modern, daily house-keeping was also fine. There were aircon, washer and dryer, a basic coffee filter machines but not Nespresso coffee machine.

This hostel is located about 3km walk from the center city, but does have some close by attractions (such as the Jeronimo's Monetary) The room is extremely small, if you seat on the edge of the bed and try to stretch your legs, you'll most likely hit the wall. We had our room replaced, as the first room had zero privacy for the toilet and the second room gave the illusion of privacy (as you can see in photos) We've not seen any of the management, as everything is done thru WhatsApp to contact them and they will respond. Breakfast was OK, it had a bit of choices but there was more cakes and cookies then actual food.
