"Τhe room was trully excellent. Very comfortable, spacious and with electrical appliances to make your stay as comfortable as your own house.
The only problem was the bar on the ground floor of the building where it had outdoor tables and the sound reached the 1st floor quite loudly. if you are a light sleeper, you may have difficulty sleeping."

"A short trip between Xmas and New year , location is super convenient (only 1km or less to the Wavel castle) .
Very large breakfast .
Amenities need to be requested at the front desk.
Water is free if taken from the distributor on each floor ."

"The hotel was in a nice area by the Jewish Quarter. Close to plenty of food truck areas and restaurants. Sure, our room faced the Jewish cemetery however, we didn’t mind. It was part of history that needed to be remembered. It was calm. We needed the peace and quiet.
My husband and I stayed during winter time, but we were so warm and comfortable in our stay. Very friendly and helpful reception. We only paid for time one morning’s breakfast buffet, but we enjoyed it. They had a variety of food.
Room was always clean and tidy.
Left our luggages in their luggage storage after checking out, it was very convenient. Thanks for making our stay memorable and worth it!"

"The location is in a nice location, not far from key attractions and Old Town.
The rooms are spacious although the decorations are a bit from previous era and old school.
The staff is nice and friendly. Many groceries and restaurants in the area as well as tram for easier transportation."

"Неплохой отель с хорошим местоположением. Находится не далеко от исторического центра. Десять минут и вы находитесь на рыночной площади и Краковского замка где стоит статуя дракона который извергает огонь. На рыночной площади есть музеи которые стоит посетить. В отеле можно заказать номер с завтраками. Если посетителей не много то завтраки скудные. При большом количестве посетителей завтраки становяться разнообразными. Завтраки континентальные выбор не плохой и перед прогулкой по историческому центру очень помогает. За ту цену отель даже хорош. Если ищите не дорого с завтраком и недалеко от исторического центра то вам сюда."

"I had the perfect stay at M29 in Krakow. Room was very clean and of a good size,beds were very comfortable and we both loved the modern decor. All of the staff were brilliant they couldn't do enough for you nothing was ever a problem. We especially liked the site of the hotel in the jewish quarter we were near to bars and restaurants and it had a peaceful vibe. I will definitely return to this hotel again."

"La struttura è nel centro del quartiere ebraico, in una zona piena di locali e ristoranti. I maggiori monumenti sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi.
La camera era spaziosa, molto confortevole e pulita, arredata in modo caratteristico. Affacciando sul cortile interno, non ho avuto problemi di rumori esterni.
Gestori molto disponibili.

NNgười Dùng Ẩn DanhThe hotel is clean and comfy, perfectly warm for the freezing temperatures outside. Situated right next to Kraków Grzegórzki train station, it was easy to get to/from the airport and to other places via the train as it connects to the Kraków Główny main station.
Staff were helpful, explained where we can go around Kraków. We were given plenty of clean towels, room cleaning service daily. Hair dryer was also provided, with a drinking water dispenser right outside the lift.
Only thing would be the shower as it sometimes pulses between slightly hotter and colder water. Was pleasantly surprised when it’s got heated flooring in the shower though!

From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.

TTài khoản kháchThe positives. The hotel was modern, well positioned from the central square, and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast was good quality with a diverse choice.
The negatives. A member of the cleaning staff walked into my room early morning without knocking. I believe she didn't realise the room was occupied. I was in my underwear in my bed exposed. It caused much embarrassment to me and her. I made a complaint. However, it was brushed aside, and there was no apology. From the staff member at reception. I ordered in food, and when it was delivered by the outside restaurant, it was left to sit at the hotel reception. When I eventually received a call from the desk via my moibile, the meal was cold and ruined. The receptionist claimed she had called my room telephone - she hadn't. Another incident with the cleaning staff, they threw my water bottle away when they cleaned the room. I asked where it was, and they went rifling through the black bags. I was totally shocked that they thought they could put my possession in the garbage.
The staff can be abrupt, Each job sector is very dislocated from the other, so it feels quite cold in the atmosphere of the hotel. If they could address the harmony of the staff, then the place would feel more welcoming.

In terms of positives, the rooms are pretty good. The pool/ sauna are good. I've been to hotels with pools more like paddling pools, but this one you could actually swim lengths in. It was busy around the evening (5-8), but dead in the morning which meant I could have a nice relaxing swim. Reception were nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent enough, though a bit expensive in my opinion. The big downside for a visitor to Krakow is the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Around 20 minutes in a taxi to the centre. There's a bus stop outside the hotel, but the only buses which stop there don't go to the centre meaning a connection is needed. Nearest small supermarket around a 7/8 minute walk and there's a big shopping mall 15 minutes by foot. I stayed for work so was happy enough. First time visitors to the city would be better off getting something closer/ better connected to the centre.

I had a wonderful stay, The receptionists were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I really appreciated being able to check in early, which made my trip much more convenient.
The room was comfortable and well-maintained, though the view from my window wasn’t the best. Additionally, the location was a bit farther from the city than I had anticipated, but it was still manageable.
Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for its excellent customer service!
