A special word of appreciation goes to Abdeliziz and Meriem, who were absolute hosts in every sense. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care elevated my stay far beyond expectations. They anticipated needs before I even voiced them and created an atmosphere that felt both luxurious and personal.
If you’re looking for a place where comfort meets outstanding hospitality, this hotel is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

TTài khoản kháchI stayed at this hotel for one night after a very long 21-hour flight. When I arrived, the receptionist was helpful and welcoming. He told me I could call anytime if I needed assistance, which I appreciated.
However, the phone in my room was not working. Unfortunately, this became a problem the next morning. When I woke up and went out for an early walk—since it was my first time in Casablanca—I opened my door and stepped directly onto a flooded hallway. I was staying on the second floor and had no idea there was water outside. As a result, my socks and winter slippers got completely wet.
I tried to call the front desk, but the phone was still not functioning. I then went downstairs to inform the staff, but there was no one at the front desk at that time.
When I first arrived, I was impressed by how the room looked. However, I noticed that there were no bathroom slippers or hotel slippers provided, which was uncomfortable, especially since it is winter.
On a positive note, the hotel is located in a convenient area with nearby cafés and restaurants, which is a plus.
Overall, the hotel has potential, but better maintenance, working in-room communication, front desk availability, and basic amenities would greatly improve the guest experience.

TTài khoản kháchCảnh biển nhìn từ cửa sổ thật tuyệt vời. Phòng có đầy đủ tiện nghi, bao gồm cả máy giặt, rất hữu ích. Đối diện khách sạn không có bãi biển, bạn phải đi taxi 5 phút mới đến nơi. Sóng ở Casablanca khá ổn, nhưng bạn không thể bơi được.

TTài khoản kháchThe room was decent and really appreciated the Shower amenities. There was construction work nearby so it wasn’t very convenient to park.
What we didn’t appreciate is that the hotel gave us a Studio instead of the apartment we initially booked without informing us. We asked many times but we never had a solution offered.
Also, You should ask to get towels and toilet paper. They were not provided.

Yyana unoWe arrive after midnight. The front desk was so nice and they gave us free upgrade to suite. The hotel is actually quite far. We'll, to he honest kinda my fault for not checking the location before we book it. 35 minutes walk from casa port, 25 minutes with the tram to casa voyageurs, and 40 minutes walk to hasan mosque. Good things is the hotel is not very far from the tram stop. The hotel room itself looks really nice, but not clean. The drainage to the shower was clog. So when we took shower, it started to flooding to all over the bathroom. We told the front desk about it. Bit nothing really don't with it. Also first day was there. I saw blood stain on one of the pillow case. Luckily they have lots of pillow inside the room. So I did not use it. The next night I saw they change the pillow case, but this time I saw blood stain on the blanket which was not there the night before. I thunk they should check them properly and clean it. From the picture u can see it is an old stain.
