This is our second time staying at this hotel and it seems that a couple of things have slipped since last year when we last visited. Firstly, the bathroom has a very strong smell of mold - which gets worse after you shower. I couldn’t see mold visible, but I suspect it is coming from the drainage. The smell is strong enough for a non sensitive person to notice it. There is also a strange smell in elevators, but I suspect it is related to people using the elevator to go to and from the pool. The breakfast seems to have gotten worse in terms of offerings from last year, but the staff are pleasant and helpful. The pool is great and well managed.

It’s so hard trying to find a legit hotel and filter out those love motels that are just everywhere in Korea. This place is clean, professional and the service is great. Front desk will help you navigate taxis, airport transfers etc. Actually.. I don’t know if their English is any good… oh and bring or buy your own shampoo/conditioner/body wash. They have their own but it’s pretty bad. The hotel is super close to a massive department store which sits above the subway. AK plaza. Valet parking available(valet is pretty standard in Korea and not a luxury service). Rooftop has a cage for practicing your golf swing. Fully fitted out gym not those paltry 2 running machines and 1 dumbbell ones you find in smaller hotels and free to use laundromat. Breakfast is okay and great if you need food early in the morning. Breakfast options nearby are limited to convenience store food and those egg toast things on the street for W5000. Will stay here again.

Rất rộng rãi, sạch sẽ và MỚI!!! Tất cả các nhân viên đều rất chu đáo, đặc biệt là người quản lý hỗ trợ WiFi rất lịch sự và phản hồi nhanh. Tôi thực sự muốn giới thiệu khách sạn này vì chất lượng, dịch vụ và giá trị đồng tiền. Có CU (cửa hàng tiện lợi) 24 giờ ở tầng 1 của khách sạn rất tiện lợi. Xin gửi lời cảm ơn đặc biệt đến đội ngũ dọn phòng của chúng tôi, những người đã nỗ lực hết mình để khiến kỳ nghỉ của chúng tôi trở nên thoải mái và thú vị. Chỉ một vài gợi ý nhỏ cho ban quản lý khách sạn: 1. Không cần lịch, nhưng cần đồng hồ trong phòng khách và phòng ngủ. 2. Cần có thùng rác ở khu vực bàn bếp/bàn ăn. 3. Sẽ tốt hơn nếu có một giá để bát đĩa nhỏ, vì khách phải rửa bát đĩa 4. Cửa trượt từ phòng ngủ chính đến phòng tắm sẽ đóng mở khi đóng nếu bật lò sưởi hoặc điều hòa. Cần phải ổn định nó bằng cách nào đó, nó không gây ra tiếng ồn khi cố gắng ngủ. Chỉ cần một vài cải tiến nhỏ, đây sẽ là nơi ”hoàn hảo” để ở!

Phòng rất sạch sẽ và rộng rãi để nghỉ ngơi tốt cho công việc. Dịch vụ khách sạn tốt và cách ga tàu điện ngầm gần nhất 15 phút đi bộ.

The hotel is kind of old fashion and no view even though with window but necessary facilities and amenities are still provided. Walkable to AK Plaza malls and there're many kind of restaurants around. As I checked in quite late around over midnight, the receptionist helped proceeding my check-in easily within 5 mins. It's okay for short stay and if I only need a clean place to sleep. Prepare adapter with you as they might not have it for you to borrow at some case.

The hotel is located close to the metro station but the address provided on the map is incorrect. Room is spacious but winow overviews another building so its quite dark. Bathroom is big and has bathtub
