Wonderful stay at Premier Hotel Mojiko for two nights. Just a 3 minutes walk from Mojiko train station. Coming out from the hotel, you will see the exceptionally spectacular view of the Kanmon Bridge. Also, the ferry service is nearby where you can take a 5 minutes ride opposite to the Karata Fish Market for fresh sushi! Hotel room is good is size for twin sharing and clean. The service staff are very hospitable too. Hotel breakfast is great too! Lots of Japanese breakfast food choices. Nearby the hotel are souvenir shops and coffee places where you can catch a drink or get some nice gifts for family. Kanmon Straits Museum and Kyushu Rail Museum are all within 10min walking distance from the hotel too! If you are up for a walk to the Kanmon Bridge area to take the pedestrian tunnel, it’s about a 20-30min walk away by pathway. Good exercise!

Reception at 4 pm was slow and it was necessary for several guests to wait for the two reception people even though they had three other people greeting guests. The nearby Shinkansen station provides easy access to the hotel which is an easy 5-10 minutes walk. Wifi worked well and the air conditioning was good especially in the cold weather. Rooms are a good size and in good condition with above average views. House keeping was also good, though guests need to request daily services by placing a card on the room door otherwise daily service is not provided. The four lifts provided an efficient service. I didn’t have breakfast on this occasion but have had it in the past and it’s of a good quality and high standard. The staff are lovely and caring. The location is good being near the main Shinkansen station. Beyond the station there are shopping centres and street malls with a variety of restaurants and shops to meet most people’s needs. There are also many nearby restaurants that should suit most people’s cuisine, budget and type of food. Buses and subway stations are nearby and provide access to various parts of the city. There are several attractions within 30-60 minutes of the hotel such as temples and museums. Overall a pleasant stay and happy to visit again.

The hotel is close to the Kokura station, on the north side which is not as busy as the south side. The room is perfect for a solo traveller, might be tight for 2 people. My room overlooked a train track and you can see the train pass by. It's not noisy though. Lots of comic books available to borrow to your room (register at receptionist) for when the weather is bad. And free breakfast and dinner with rice, curry, tea, coffee and juice. Staff spoke little English but they have printed information available in English to explain the facilities, rules and how things work.

The room while small, was efficient enough to fit both a large and small suitcase. It might feel a bit tight for those used to spacious accommodations, but it worked fine for me. However, the bathroom equipment is a bit dated, overall for the price and location, it's a solid choice for anyone looking for convenience and friendly service near Hakata Station.

Location is walkable from the JR station, surrounding malls and tourist spots, while not being in the centre of it all, making it a quiet and comfortable stay. There are many buses nearby so taking the bus instead of train was a good option to have. Walking distance can also be reduced sometimes via taking the bus. At the same time, the airport bus is at the JR station, so it was very convenient. The hotel while a little dated, is well maintained with floors segregated by non-smoking and smoking. Luggage deposit before and after is also available and the staff are very helpful with that. The bedside console comes with an alarm clock and even a music player where ambience music can be played - it is a very nice touch to have!!

Khách sạn rất gần ga tàu điện ngầm, chợ rau và phố thương mại chỉ mất năm sáu phút đi bộ, rất thuận tiện. Giá cả cũng tương đối vừa phải, hy vọng lần tới tôi sẽ ở khách sạn này!

Giá cả và chất lượng dịch vụ khá tốt. Phòng ốc rộng rãi, thoáng đãng, phù hợp cho các gia đình đi du lịch cùng nhau và không mong đợi dịch vụ sang trọng. Khách sạn không có chỗ đậu xe riêng, nhưng có bãi đậu xe công cộng ngoài trời có thu phí n*** cạnh khách sạn (chỉ nhận tiền mặt). Vị trí cũng rất thuận tiện, chỉ cách trung tâm mua sắm Kokura Station và phố mua sắm chính năm phút đi bộ. Vì đây là khách sạn tự phục vụ hoàn toàn, bạn cần chuẩn bị tự làm thủ tục nhận phòng bằng máy tính bảng ở sảnh, mất khoảng mười phút để nhập thông tin. Như các đánh giá khác đã đề cập, việc vào cửa chính và các phòng của khách sạn yêu cầu mật khẩu (không có thẻ phòng), và mật khẩu chỉ được gửi qua email cho tôi một ngày trước khi nhận phòng (hoàn toàn không có vấn đề gì khi truy cập). Chọn khách sạn này cần lên kế hoạch trước một chút, và không nên đến quá muộn. Việc có gây phiền phức hay không tùy thuộc vào sở thích cá nhân.

The Hotel is located very close to the Wakamatsu Railway station. The area around the hotel is a very quiet area with few shops around. I arrived the hotel at around 2200 and by then all the shops around was closed. I managed to find a family mart near the station and for dinner i went to Sukiya which I understand is open till 3 AM. The staff was very courteous and the checking in process was seamless. The rooms were small and very similar to other Japanese hotel rooms. The bedding was clean and neat and the linens were nicely tucked in. Since the air conditioning units remote was in Japanese language , had bit of a trouble in getting the AC started. However this was immediately resolved by the staff at the front desk and the AC cooling was very good. The toilet was small and was similar to other Japanese hotels. The supplies in the toilet was nice and adequate. The Morning breakfast spread was nice with western and Japanese cuisine and the food quality and taste was very good. I will definitely recommend Route Inn to all business travelers travelling to Wakamatsu / Hibiki Nada Area

Though location is a little far but the free shuttle bus to and fro Orio station made is super convenient for an onsen retreat. There's a direct bus from Kitakyushu Airport to Orio station too, which makes it even better. Thankfully, the staff kindly took note of the shuttle reservation request made during booking, otherwise, it would have been very inconvenient to contact them and expensive to get to the resort by other means. They left a note to check the official website for pick-up point but there was no specific information - something that can be improved. The location was found to be BEHIND Maxvalue Shop (see first few photos). The resort is visited by mainly locals so it was helpful to see and ask them for confirmation. Facilities might a bit old but generally clean so it was okay. The room is nice and comfortable, particularly the view. It was very nice to see the hotel using reusable wares with even a refillable jug to get water from a machine at the shared space. Both sides of the natural onsen is switched between male and female everyday. Supper tantan noodles is great! Breakfast is not bad with both fusion western style and traditional Japanese options. It was a very nice and relaxing time!
