WWhYxWhYA hotel that gives a 5 star feel. Warm welcoming from the moment we reach till we leave the hotel. The hotel breakfast was good too. Located within walking distance from the train station and shopping street. Overall was a wonderful experience.

TTài khoản kháchWe wanted to experience Dogo Onsen and this was a great choice (albeit expensive because it was a holiday weekend). The hotel is lovely and the service is beyond excellent. The staff was super kind as we are English speakers. Plus, we really enjoyed the hotels onsens better than the ones in town (the Dogo Onsen is being renovated and only one room was open for each gender; the same was the case with the Annex). The hotels onsens were lovely and the private outdoor onsen was a really lovely experience. We also took advantage of their convenient bus service into town although it’s only a 10 minute walk and we walked multiple times. Highly recommend!

TTài khoản kháchMy stay there with my dog was rather pleasant. There was a beach in front of it, not so wide but still you could walk down and play with your pet no problem. Staffs were very kind and helped with all the inquiries. Just hope they have their own playground for pet with a fence somewhere in the hotel property. That would make this hotel top notch. Also there were no shuttles to Dogo onsen or Gongen onsen. That issue should be handled and resolved. I has stayed there for 10 days and wow! It was great!

NNgười Dùng Ẩn DanhThe hotel is not close to Dogo Onsen street and you will need to drive or get a taxi if you want to go there. There are no restaurants or shops nearby the hotel. There is a walk nearby the hotel you can take which offers nice scenery in the woods. The hotel looks a bit dated particularly the bedrooms and the corridors. I asked for a quiet room facing the mountain instead of one facing a busy road and had to pay an additional 2200 yen. The hotel has a number of onsens and I like the outdoor ones best. The buffet dinner and breakfast offer good selection and I particularly like the dinner which offered nice teppanyaki beef and sushi.
The hotel reception staff spoke very little English and the hotel did not reply to an email I sent them asking for transportation information to get to the hotel.
There are buses near the hotel which go to Matsuyama and Imabari but they run infrequently.

TTài khoản kháchI was there at Jan 2024, and only stayed there for 2 days.
The staff there can speak English, and were nice. The second day I stayed there, the staff offered me to have hotpot with all the other people living in Fujiya, an unforgettable experience I treasured and will forever remembered. Even though it is a proxy of a Japanese family, it did feel like I have experienced the Japanese hospitality and friendliness. There were some interesting characters, who may or may not frequented Fujiya, whom I had the pleasure to have this hotpot together.
The facilities are not the best, but the basics necessities were there and no complaining from me, they have an AC there, comfortable enough for me.
The staff did explain that there is only one shower, so we might have to wait for the person to finish. However, since the location is so close to Dogo Onsen, they did recommend to go there instead, and after all, it was why i chose this location in the first place. Location is really close to the Dogo Onsen and the Yuzuki-Castle ruin, which was a lifesaver for me
I would say that all other sight-seeing locations are within walking distance as well since I did walk to all those interesting places. However, I do realize not all people like to walk like I do. To counter that, Fujiya is practically next to the tram station, which you can use it to go to many places in the city.

ササフミ朝食は別途(混みのプランもあるかも？)。2025/12月で２種類あるが各800円。事前予約必要。朝食は7階で景色○。朝方はやや路面電車の音はするがそこまで気になるほどではない。いろいろと頻繁にホテルと往き来して出歩きたい人に鍵はチェックアウトまで所持可能なので楽。
カプセルホテルではなく狭くても個室がいいという人にはちょうどいい金額。喫煙部屋のほうが安かったのでそちらを予約。非喫煙者なために初めに部屋に入ったときには臭いは少し気にはなったけど途中でなれました。
ビジネスホテルなのでバスは狭いので広いお風呂入りたいなら直近に温泉があるのでそちらに行けば問題なし。道後温泉よりも個人的にはこちらのほうが良かったです。

TTài khoản kháchI’m very delighted to write a review on this hotel. It’s super good! The location is perfect: close to JR station and to Iyo tetsu to explore the city. The hotel provides everything you need and extra: different types of shampoo, body cream etc… I really enjoyed breakfast: it has traditional Japanese dishes, so delicious!! Would like to get back to Matsuyama and stay at this hotel again
