To say that I was mistaken would be an understatement. The room is top class, the amenities provided are very good. The food options are plenty and cater to multiple taste buds. The staff are friendly, flexible and ever willing to help. They go out of their way for the comfort and ease of stay for their guests. Well done, keep up the good work.

Rooms are solid, there are some flaws, and they are not new, but the hotel is excellent, and the service is extraordinary. Breakfast is a must, don't skip it as it is wonderful.

MMalik_ExplorerThe hotel is actually getting outdated with boring interior with fading colors and stripping off hard materials, they should do something about getting rid of birds that pooping on windows and unpleasant views. Exterior obviously can see lots of cracks all over building. Fayaz the front desk guy check in dunno how to smile when welcoming customers. You are saying it’s luxury collection hotel but something you have to work on it. Otherwise competitor will take over.

RRnurjanahFor my first trip to India, this hotel was absolutely amazing! Honestly, the hospitality here was the best ever. The staff constantly checked in, asking if we needed anything, especially during breakfast. It was so helpful and made our stay really enjoyable! I'm definitely booking here again if I come back to Chennai.

AAnnaRWHotel looks lovely and on the surface seems like a high quality hotel. But the service was seriously shambolic. They didn't provide hand towels in the room, we had to ask several times for them before they finally appeared. The breakfast was bizarre - noone manning the coffee station but you weren't allowed to serve yourself (it was just a push button machine). No decaffeinated tea or coffee. It took ages to receive the love station food even though the breakfast room wasn't even 1/4 full as we were very early. They agreed to book us a taxi but on reconfirmation they had no record of it, so they tried to persuade us to instead use the hotel charter vehicle for 4x the price! It's a shame, for the price we expected better service and less chaos.

TTài khoản kháchThe staff are welcoming and friendly. The room is clean, and the upkeep is good. There is plenty of choice with relation to breakfast and other meal options. Room service is a little disappointing. I could never reach them, the line always went to reception and they had to connect me. Average wait time even for a simple pot of coffee is 30 minutes. Aside from this, I like my experience at Holiday Inn. I’ll choose to stay there in future too.

TTài khoản kháchExcellent Stay, Great Location and Value for Money I had one of the best stays at this hotel in Chennai. I stayed for 3 nights and it truly felt like a luxury experience at a reasonable price. The location is a major advantage centrally placed and easily accessible to many parts of the city. The rooms are spacious, the bed linen was clean, and the bathroom was well maintained with proper toiletries provided. They also supply water bottles and there’s a water dispenser (water can) available in the hallway, which is a nice touch. They offer a complimentary breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. However the breakfast closes a bit early at 10 AM so plan accordingly. Car parking is available, which is convenient and the staff were polite and helpful, A special mention to the security personnel and room service staff for their hospitality. Outside food is allowed as well, which is a plus. The only minor inconvenience was that the lift always stopped at the first floor (reception) by default, which was slightly annoying. Also FYI, I misplaced my room key card and had to pay ₹200 for a replacement. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Chennai.

VValentine56My wife and I stayed there for 3-days in mid July, overall stay was good and pleasant and we take this opportunity to thank Mr Ramar (Manager @ Cilantro) who was not only polite and professional, he went the extra mile to help us out in a complex situation that arose on our 1st day. A well deserved PAT for Mr Ramar in exhibiting his professionalism But I cant say the same for the Travel Manager Mr Balaji who vehemently refused and not even seeking any other avenues or alternatives to assist us, totally no empathy shown at all bearing the fact that we being tourists cant access to all your facilities This we consider a major setback as its reflects horrid customer service
