I had an absolutely amazing stay! Everything from the hospitality to the cleanliness and ambiance exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the thoughtful complimentary arrangement they made for a birthday celebration. From the beautiful decorations to the surprise cake, every detail was taken care of with such care and effort. It added such a personal and memorable touch to our trip. Excellent suite rooms. Neat clean new construction . Nice closed swimming pool , very enjoyable . Gym is good . Restaurant serves great food . Matured understanding professional staff . We enjoyed staying there . Recommended for friends and family

The room was clean and comfortable but I had few unpleasant experiences at this hotel. Firstly, there was a group party playing loud music on the same floor that I was staying and woke me up around 2AM. Also on the day of checkout, the computer system was down and they had me wait ~30 minutes to verify if I had taken breakfasts or dinner at the hotel restaurant. I told them my reservation included breakfasts and I had one dinner buffet and can pay cash for it. For some reasons they insisted on waiting for the system to come back but it was getting late for my flight. They can careless and was going through all guests paper receipts to no avail. Finally they want to charge me for 3 dinners but I said I only stayed for two nights & was ridiculous to charge me for 3 dinners. I got fed up and walked towards the uber driver that was waiting for me. One guy chased me down and told me to wait for their manager to show up. Long story short, I had never experienced anything like this, it was ridiculous to say the least.

I made my base here when travelling for a friends wedding. My first time in India! The hotel was gorgeous and especially the rooftop. The spa treatment was well priced and very relaxing. In general the staff were very helpful too. I went in November, hotel seemed pretty quiet. I did not give 5 stars for cleanliness as I could see some marks on the window(which is full length from floor to ceiling) but in general was a lovely place to rest whilst not out exploring :)
