"A Truly Wonderful Stay at Centro Hotel, Pune I had an amazing experience during my stay at Centro Hotel, Pune. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless—check-in was quick and hassle-free, setting the tone for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The rooms were beautifully maintained, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. It was clear that attention to detail was a priority, making the stay feel both luxurious and homely. One of the highlights of my stay was the in-house restaurant, Chirp. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a variety of flavors that left me wanting more after every meal. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality and taste were consistently impressive. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. I would highly recommend Centro Hotel to anyone visiting Pune. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, great service, and delightful food. Looking forward to coming back again soon"

"The kitchen team were specially accommodating and helpful as we were there for a work trip and needed some help at the kitchen. The hotel’s location is convenient and close to the mall we were Exhibiting at as well as close to many restaurants and cafes, although we didn’t have time to explore it."

"The room was clean and comfortable but I had few unpleasant experiences at this hotel. Firstly, there was a group party playing loud music on the same floor that I was staying and woke me up around 2AM. Also on the day of checkout, the computer system was down and they had me wait ~30 minutes to verify if I had taken breakfasts or dinner at the hotel restaurant. I told them my reservation included breakfasts and I had one dinner buffet and can pay cash for it. For some reasons they insisted on waiting for the system to come back but it was getting late for my flight. They can careless and was going through all guests paper receipts to no avail. Finally they want to charge me for 3 dinners but I said I only stayed for two nights & was ridiculous to charge me for 3 dinners. I got fed up and walked towards the uber driver that was waiting for me. One guy chased me down and told me to wait for their manager to show up. Long story short, I had never experienced anything like this, it was ridiculous to say the least."

"I made my base here when travelling for a friends wedding. My first time in India! The hotel was gorgeous and especially the rooftop. The spa treatment was well priced and very relaxing. In general the staff were very helpful too. I went in November, hotel seemed pretty quiet. I did not give 5 stars for cleanliness as I could see some marks on the window(which is full length from floor to ceiling) but in general was a lovely place to rest whilst not out exploring :)"
