TTài khoản kháchIt is a very beautiful hotel with lots of history. I stayed on the 7th floor and had a view across the square. There was a problem during my stay but the front of House Manager Dean who is not only funny, friendly and brilliant sorted it swiftly and efficiently for me. I will definately be staying again.

TTài khoản kháchLovely rooms, welcoming and kind staff in general. However there were some minor things that became a little bit of a concern. For example, leaky shower pipe, worn out shower, fridge in room was great but it didn't really make my drinks cold enough, the window was a bit small making the room not lit up enough during the day, even though the tv had WiFi it wasn't a smart tv and I couldn't connect my phone to it. A bit disappointing because it was a large tv lol
To make things worse, I was trying to order food at the bar and the person asked me to sit down so that he can take my order from the table. I did that, and he never came back even though he was serving customers seated around me. It was awkward and I was almost amused by it. When I left, he asked me ”no food order?” Lol . Anyway, overall it was moderately pleasant would give it 3 out 5

AAlex Cheung HMThe hotel is located at the city center with close proximity to almost everywhere. The room is spacious with great city view and a huge shout out to the member of staff for their professional but warm service. Highly recommend this hotel if you want to enjoy the city vibe in Leeds!

NNeil CookeNic, clean and comfortable hotel. Ideally situated on the M1 but without the traffic noise. Restaurant a bit limited but there’s more eating places in the services. Bar is a bit pricey, but the staff are fantastic and a credit to the company

TTài khoản kháchThe location of the hotel is very good and central in Leeds City Centre which is what I wanted. The room was fine, the bed was very comfortable and I got a good sleep here, I couldn't hear too much sound from outside the room. Amenities were relatively basic, some tea (Yorkshire tea!) and coffee, the shower had body wash and shampoo provided but no minis. Front desk were always very friendly and helpful, I was checked in and out quickly. No issues, would recommend to anyone visiting Leeds!

We very much enjoyed our stay overall, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel and rooms were very clean and had all the amenities we needed. When leaving we were able to leave our luggage for just £1 a suitcase which was very convenient. For the price I thought the food was good quality, however if you are looking for more of a cooked breakfast this isn’t the place. The location was very accessible and we were able to walk to everywhere easily. However it did get very noisy from about 5 in the morning.

HHeart LionThe Met Hotel offers the most convenient location in Leeds, just a 4-minute walk from the train station. Additionally, the warm hospitality I received made my stay truly unforgettable. The hotel’s interior is beautifully decorated in Victorian style, adding to its charm.
