"Upside:
The bed was very confortable and the shits were soft.
The kitchen amenities made my stay even more convenient.
There are a few kitchen utensils
There's a metro station near by
There are shower gel and towels
Downside:
The hitter was barely working
The deposit had to be made through card, no cash.
Don't expect to get your deposit back the same day as different banks have different policies, the transfer may be delayed a few days from what I understood.
There's no toothpaste or toothbrushes"

"The location was not too far from the old port. The metro is easily accessible around the corner. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was ok but it is better to eat at a local bakery. If I am in Marseille again I would return here."

"We arrived an hour early, the staff were friendly and let us check in when we got there as our room was ready. The lady at reception was very thorough in making sure the room was up to standard prior to letting us in. The room was spacious and it was clean.
The only downside to the accomodation is there isn’t much around, however for the price it was easy enough to get on the tram which was a few minutes walk down the hill."

"A lovely hotel in a very accessible area. We came to the hotel from the ferry port of Marseille, only a few minutes drive away and left the hotel the next morning needing the A7 Road which was very close by.
Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are super clean with very functional bathroom including a bath tub.
The free continental breakfast buffet from 7am is a great bonus with a nice few options and coffee.
Underground parking was available at €15 per night.
I highly recommend Toyoko Inn Marseille."

"I would be very careful before booking this hotel during the summertime. They say there is AC but it's extremely weak, perhaps 10% strength, we tested out four different rooms. In the end I had to sleep with a wet towel. Thankfully they allowed me to leave the next day with a refund, all of the staff claimed a taxi would be €15 Euros but actually it was €30+.
Other than that, the hotel seemed good, soft and clean beds, spacious enough, powerful shower. Didn't seem noisy either."

TTài khoản kháchHotel has nice decorated hall, bar and private parking. Staff at the reception was polite and often did their best answering our requests, but sometimes they were more eager to explain us all the rules and cared not much.
Bar closed around 10 pm. It was not a restaurant, most of the dishes from menu were absent and there were not much to eat at all.
There were no bathrobe and slippers which is pretty not standard for 4 star hotel.
Breakfast was not good. Everyday was one sort of ham, sausages and scrambled eggs, croissants and yogurt with fruits. It always ended at 10. Not even longer on weekend.
Staff at the breakfast was so arrogant. I felt superfluous.
Cleaning was okey, but very chaotic, they always forgot black tea or towel or paper or etc. Always pushing reading lights into pillows - this is crazy.
Room, bed, pillows, bathroom, tea facilities were convenient. Nice pictures of Marseilles, nice colors of the furniture. A/c was good, but not the coldest, though we were in the hot period where it was 40 outside. Windows are not big, no balconies, so it is a little bit gloomy. Shower and wc worked good.
There was grocery shop just around the corner and shopping mall.
Hotel has strange location though everything seems close on the map, in fact we never walked even to the Old Port, because for us it was too much walking.
But it was convenient to use a car with private parking. This made our trip really good.

Tterrie leeConvenient location with access to parking which was rather pricey 43 euro for 38 hours even with discount. You can leave your car and spend the day walking around Marseille.
It’s walking distance to both old and new ports. Near the hotel there are two shopping malls - Deck Village and Printemps.

NNat 李凤临Cleaning ladies were demonstrating 53 days in front of the hotel when I arrived. The rotating door was covered with mud and confetti, while the black women danced to loud African beats. A complete shock! They continued during my stay…
The front desk was super helpful after I contacted their manager. My flight was delayed and I arrived a day late so they managed to modify my reservation without extra payment. My card didn’t work so I gave a cash deposit and they sent me an email when my suitcase that had been delayed arrived (so as not to wake me up).
The housekeeping was average- twice they didn’t restock the water. Once they forgot a cleaning chemical. Another time they didn’t restock the decaffeinated capsules. Also they could have been more generous with the toilet paper. It’s the very thin recycled one, that goes fast.
Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant spacious, with a garden overlooking the marina.
The room was large, modern and quiet, with an amazing view of the harbor, including both sunsets and sunrises! I even saw the incredible half an hour long fireworks for Bastille day right under my window!
The bed is big and comfortable, pillows a bit too soft, lighting is good but there are no toiletries (which was initially problematic due to the lost luggage).
Room service wasn’t available the only night that I wanted to order it - due to Bastille day celebrations.
The QR code don’t work on my phone so I had to call the reception to order. Also there was no alcoholic drinks listed, plus I had no fridge in the room, so I couldn’t fully relax and enjoy my holiday.
The hotel doesn’t have a spa, which is a shame. So I made a reservation online and got a massage in the Hammam spa a few minutes from the hotel)very expensive and not great). The closest one to the hotel was closed.
The pool is gorgeous but in another building which requires another elevator to be taken at the ground floor. A bit of a hassle…The gym is basic but good. Gets pretty busy and dirty at the end of the day.
There are many nice restaurants nearby and even a small Proxi shop. There is a bus stop 1min away, that goes to the Terrace du Port. And the taxi conveniently dropped me off right in front of the hotel.
The Mucem and Cosquer caves visible from the hotel, are a bit pleasant 25min walk away and the well worth the visit.
Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, and would come again if the above issues were resolved.

BBahabasaranThe studio room in the hotel is quite spacious and clean. The hotel seems to be new and can reached by trams from the train and bus statoion. The room has a capsule coffee machine and a towel drying rack. There is en even small kitchen if you would like to stay longer.

VV W HThis hotel has an absolutely amazing breakfast, it was included with the price we paid for our three nights of stay but one can pay ten euros per person per day for it. TOTALLY worth it, there were two hot food, we thought it was Continental Breakfast but there was so much food, we didn't even need to have lunch. There is this machine where you squeeze your own orange juice and it was FUN as you actually DIY!!! So many bread and croissants, pain au chocolat ... there was also organic milk, all local organic jams/spreads and a very nice espresso or coffee machine you can get hot chocolate and Cafe au Lait! You can make your own hard/medium/soft boiled egg! The service was great, the man at the front desk was very helpful and introduced me to places in the Marseille region that I can visit nearby. Room was small but I didn't come to Marseille to stay in a hotel room, water in the shower was hot and wifi works well! I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Marseille!!!

Không có thang máy hoạt động và cầu thang không được xây dựng tương tự nên đi bộ lên xuống họ có nguy hiểm sẽ bị rơi hoặc rẽ chân. Điều nơi này đã đi vì nó là nó gần bến tàu và nó là một đoạn đi bộ hợp lý từ ga xe lửa.
