Beyond my expectation in Madrid hotel, its first time for me to stay in Hard rock hotel and I felt so comfortable to stay here 3 night. its make my day. Unique design and functional hotel. I love bathroom is so big and powerful rain shower. Bed is so comfortable , Amenity like shower and body lotion are good smell and soft. Overall comparison as price I am happy to stay here.

We had a wonderful stay in Crowne Plaza Centew Retiro. Few min walk to Metro. Ginos restaurant and VIPS restaurant are opposite to the hotel and closed at midnight. The junior suite was great with a King bed and a double sofa bed which are big enough for a family of 4. The hotel provided welcome drinks and snacks in the bar. Free Illy coffee capsules and cookies in the room. The minibar in the junior suite was fully stocked and complimentary. All staff are friendly and nice. Thanks Nuria Pastor and your team for the arrangement which made our journey so special. We would definitely recommend our friends to stay here. The hotel was connected with Voco. We also booked buffet breakfast in Voco hotel with kid price EUR15 and Adult EUR 19. Great variety of food and drinks.

Very impressive! Friendly service. Room was a very good size for our family of 3 adults. Breakfast buffet was excellent!! Location was very good walking distance to many restaurants and stores.

Bit hard to get to/from the airport they do have shuttle services but its a lil tricky navigating the site plus they are only available between certain hours of the day. Its in the middle of nowhere. Just industrial area and other hotels. Which forces you to dine in, breakfast is decent, but dinner was bad. Feel like the food in general is cheap, but charged at a premium. Poor quality ingredients for what you are paying for. I dont expect a mcchicken burger at 18euro. I expect a real chicken breast. Not mechanical blended meat. Other than that the place is actually really nice. Im a fan of that Scandinavian minimal look. Next time i would actually still stay here but just taxi to a nearby restaurant or uber eats some nicer food instead of dining in. Staff were lovely and helpful. Decent gym too. They need slightly heavier weights but you can get a good work out with thats there. I may of got swindled as I ordered a double and they put the singles together. I didnt want to make a fuss but look out for that.

La ubicación es perfecta porque estás en pleno centro de Madrid. El personal muy agradable. La habitación era muy básica, aunque solo la necesitábamos para dormir, así que de sobras. Lo único que por el precio que pagas, esperaba un poco más en la habitación (no se había pasado el polvo en varios días y soy alérgica, el cabecero de la cama estaba desconchado, había alguna pared rallada, solo había una mesilla de noche y estaba dañada). Un punto positivo era que había difusor para el secador, que eso es casi un milagro. En general le doy puntuación media.

Đây là một khách sạn hiện đại đẹp. Dễ dàng di chuyển từ tàu điện ngầm và sân bay. Chỉ mất 30 phút đi tàu điện ngầm vào trung tâm Madrid từ khách sạn. Phòng tốt, vấn đề duy nhất là gối hơi mỏng và cửa sổ khó mở trừ khi bạn nhét thứ gì đó vào đó nhưng đó chỉ là những vấn đề rất nhỏ và tôi rất vui khi được ở lại đây một lần nữa.

Tôi ở lại 4 đêm trong chuyến đi du lịch bụi. Việc nhận phòng không diễn ra trực tiếp tại ki-ốt. Cơ sở vật chất và phòng sạch sẽ Vị trí hơi xa một chút Không có bất tiện lớn vì có nhiều điểm dừng xe buýt gần đó.

The room was impecable. Though I would like to have a little rack on the shower to place my shampoo and conditioner bottles. The bed was comfortable but I wish they had individual pillows instead of just one long noodle-like pillow. The window blinds were extremely hard to scroll up. Regarding the automatic check-in, I had to call the hostel number for them to give me the reservation number which I did not know. It took me a while to complete the check-in. They should also let the visitors know that they have to walk upstairs so light luggage is recommended here.

Very bad hostel because bedding is not normal mattress is a Inflatable plastic mattress Is uncomfortable That’s why very cheap if you need to sleep well do not book this hostel Inflatable plastic mattress very bad But staff very friendly and good assistance So stress when I book another hotel because very headache not able to sleep at Inflatable plastic mattress
