"Wir waren schon mehrere Male in diesem Hotel und sind eigentlich sehr zufrieden. Da wir unsere Tochter regelmäßig besuchen, die in der Nähe wohnt, bietet sich der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel an. Zum Frühstück kann ich leider keinen Kommentar abgeben, da ich noch nicht gefrühstückt habe. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und sehr sauber. Es gibt keine Minibar und auch keine Flasche Wasser oder Trinkgläser auf dem Zimmer. Das ist etwas schade. Die Zimmerpreise sind höher als an der Fassade angegeben. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich."

"I stayed at Hotel bellman during my trip and had a great experience overall. The staff were really friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. My room was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials. The food was simple but fresh and tasty. The only downside was a bit of street noise at night, but it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"Had a wonderful stay at Estrel Berlin Hotel, the reception staff was super helpful from the first night when I arrived offered a complimentary breakfast as the room was not what I asked for and the next day I was upgraded to a mini suite as I was awaken by the fire alarm in my room. Very pleasant and the breakfast was a good buffet was all you could think of which half the time to eat 4 items but good for choice and the eyes to see. Whilst visiting Berlin I lost my cellphone and the front desk staff went all out to assist me until I was able to contact one person to know I had no phone, for that I give them 10/10 - thank you so much for all the attention you gave me and made sure I was comfortable in your hotel. Thank you."

"I stayed here for 5 nights for the Berlin Marathon. I would have to say that overall I was very comfortable at this hotel. Yes it's a few kms away from the famous sights but the it's really easy just to jump onto the U5 line directly outside the hotel and it will bring you directly to the Brandenburg Gate in less than 10 minutes. The staff at the hotel were all kind, warm and friendlyl. Many spoke excellent English. The deco of the hotel had a cool vibe about it. Berlin is an amazing City that needs to be visited. The room is perfect for solo travellers and spotless clean. The only real negative comment I could make was no kettle in the rooms and the temperature of the shower needs to be a little higher. Other than that I really like this hotel and they run a good business."

"I had a wonderful stay at Hampton by Hilton. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with all the essentials provided. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Breakfast was included and offered a great variety of fresh options, both hot and cold. The hotel’s location was convenient, close to public transport and local attractions."

The rooms are modern, clean, and equipped with all the essentials, including comfortable beds and ample workspace. Overall, IntercityHotel Berlin Ostbahnhof is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Berlin, whether for business or leisure.
