Great hotel, good sized modern rooms only thing the tv’s doesn’t have a smart features. Only 1 out of 3 lifts are working so need to spend some time on waiting it and it’s get busy at some times. Breakfast 10/10 a lot of options for every kind. Great location. A lot of restaurants around, shopping, Christmas market. Public transport like Underground or buss stops few minutes walking distance

It's rare to find hotels that just got out right. The Circus Hotel is one of them! From a ”red carpet” rolled out in the hallways in line with their theme, to a handwritten welcome card with Bulow candy (Yum!), pictograms next to the light buttons, and lights that go on automatically when entering the room and give you 30 seconds to find the key card holder. Well done team Circus! Chapeau!

Hoàn toàn yêu thích khách sạn này và phòng của chúng tôi nói riêng. Chỉ cách bảo tàng Bức tường Berlin và Trạm kiểm soát Charlie vài bước chân, cách ga tàu điện ngầm 12 phút để đến các điểm tham quan du lịch khác. Phòng siêu rộng rãi và sạch sẽ, có thể nhìn ra đường phố. Có thể hơi ồn vào đêm cuối tuần nhưng chúng tôi không gặp vấn đề gì với điều đó. Các nhân viên rất tốt bụng và hữu ích. Giá cả cũng rất cạnh tranh đối với một thành phố lớn như Berlin. P/S: Nếu bạn thích đồ ăn Việt Nam, có một nhà hàng Việt cách khách sạn 4 phút phục vụ món Phở ngon.

Es gab nichts zu meckern. Wir hatten für 2 Nächte ein sehr modern eingerichtetes ca. 16 m² großes Doppelzimmer. Inkludiert war eine Mikrowelle und ein Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. Eine kleine Theke mit Hockern, machte das Zimmer noch charmanter. Das Badezimmer war auch top. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Je nach Belieben kann man direkt vor dem Hotel die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel wie Bus und Tram nutzen oder man geht ein paar Schritte bis zur S-Bahn-Haltestelle. Ein Kaufland ist direkt nebenan und verschiedene Möglichkeiten zum Sattwerden gab es auch. Es gibt Fastfood wie Subway, Döner oder chinesiches Essen, aber auch mehrere Restaurants in der Nähe wie Italiener, Griechen, Thai etc. Für unseren Aufenthalt war das Hotel die richtige Wahl.

Perfectly located — within easy walking distance to most major sights in Mitte like the Brandenburg Gate, Berlin Philharmonic, and Checkpoint Charlie. For places a bit further out, there’s a train station right in front of the hotel, which makes getting around effortless. There’s even a dm grocery store just a minute’s walk away, which was super convenient. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, with a full set of amenities provided from the start — something surprisingly rare in Europe. Overall, a very comfortable and well-thought-out stay. Highly recommend!

I travel around often and I sleep in hotels many nights a year, I had never experienced the situation that I had when I arrived at the Hilton Berlin. I had booked, and paid for a ‘Twin Room with Dome View’ about 4 months before the trip. Upon check-in, I was automatically assigned a room that was not twin nor Dome View (you can see the view in the pictures below); I went back to reception twice, to complain that this was not the room I had booked, the hotel staff was most unhelpful, they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager, nor did they provided any solution or any sort of compensation, their answer simply was that the hotel was booked up and that there was nothing they could do. This was wrong for different reasons, first they assigned me a room that only had one bed, secondly they didn’t provide any solution other than adding a little roller bed to the room, third they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager. I am very disappointed, these sort of experiences do not belong to a hotel chain like Hilton. This unfortunate incident tainted my stay at the hotel. I hope this review gets somehow to someone at Hilton and does something to avoid any further guests having a similar experience. Furthermore, the sauna facilities was apparently not part of the room rate (this was not mentioned whatsoever) and when I checked out I found that I had to pay for every single time I used the sauna.

The room was super clean. The hotel is centrally located. Walking distance from a shopping mall and the train station. We tried ordering room service but we didn’t have a way to do it and when we called reception they basically told us to just look in the room for the menu. We only had a breakfast one. Other than that, everything else was awesome.

Kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời. Vị trí khách sạn hoàn hảo, chỉ cách ga tàu một quãng ngắn. Thủ tục nhận phòng suôn sẻ và thuận tiện. Phòng ấm cúng và rộng rãi đủ cho hai người bạn. Hơn nữa, gần đó có rất nhiều lựa chọn ăn uống. Nhìn chung, đây là một kỳ nghỉ thoải mái và tiện lợi, không có gì phàn nàn.

This is a very big hostel with hundreds of beds, though it did not feel cramped or loud. I had a quiet stay.   I stayed for 2 nights in a mixed dorm with three bunk beds and en-suite. The toilet and shower are separate which makes use easier. Hanson’s and shower gel is included, as is a hairdryer.   The room is spacious with tables and seating areas, this is also of use to those who on the top bunk who cannot sit on their bed as easily.  There is a mirror though a lack of hooks being only a hook and couple of hangers. The bed is of a metal frame and thus I was able to apply my travel straps and hooks to create places to hand my coat and bag. There is a locker big enough to take hand luggage sized bag (own lock needed).  The bed has a usb port for charging and a slot into which a phone will fit, though no individual light. The room has two lights and it is possible to turn on only one; the other people in my room came in and out at unsociable hours though we’re all respectful being quiet and also putting in the main light.   The mattress and pillow are comfy enough, you need to collect linen and make the bed yourself.  Everything was clean.  Reception is 24 hours though checking us via one of the 4 automated screens. It is through the machines that you do check in and pay tourist tax and the machine prints paper with your allocated room and bed number. You even activate the room card yourself. There is a sign in the desk with a map of blocks with room numbers in each one. That is all the welcome that you get; there is no explanation related to hostel layout or facilities. I had to ask in which direction to go to get to my block, the receptionist gave my directions and once I got to the room and found no bedding on the bed so went back to reception. The check in computer screen states that bed linen is provided free of charge and towels can be paid for at reception. The receptionist did not give me any bedding nor point to where to where to pick it up some thus I assumed the linen would be laid on the bed as in other hostels. The next day a person arriving in the room asked where he gets bed linen, he also did not get given any bedding even when talking with the receptionist. I do find it odd that you are expected to ask for the bedding: as this is the case I recommend updating the wording on the computer screen as it is ambiguous and gives the impression you only need to ask at reception if needing a towel.  There is a guest kitchen which has basic equipment: fridge, sink, microwave, 2 hot plates, 2 frying pans, 1 saucepan, some plates, bowls and some cutlery. There was one mug in which I made a cup of tea by heating water in the microwave. I recommend a kettle to boil water. The kitchen is sufficient for simple meals, making breakfast and sandwiches. I did not try the hostel breakfast.  There is one common area near reception with a bar and possibility to purchase food. Vending machines there. WiFi reliable. The common room can feel cramped when groups are there. There is good security as all entrance doors and lifts use card access. To access the guest kitchen ask at reception and they update your card.  The location is very good being 5 min walk from Ostkreuz train station. It is a direct line to Messe Nord where the bus station and FlixBus stop is. Easy to get public transportation into the cities. There are many shops, supermarkets and eating places nearby. Vegan kebab shop directly opposite.  Good value for money. I had a comfortable stay with no difficulties and I would stay again.

Hostel tọa lạc tại Köpenick. 50 phút từ thành phố Berlin. Nếu bạn dự định ở lại Berlin hơn 5 ngày, vui lòng cân nhắc ở lại khu vực này trong 1 hoặc 2 ngày. Nó không nhất thiết phải là ký túc xá này. Nơi rất yên tĩnh và không có nhiều khách du lịch xung quanh.
