Everything was spot on! Great location to explore Taroko National Park and little walk around the hotel was also good. It’s also convenient that we could use the hotel’s facilities till 3pm even after checking out. Would love to come back to stay.

Rất gần ga Hoa Liên, rất thuận tiện! Sảnh vào tầng 1 có ý nghĩa thiết kế! Căn phòng lớn hơn mong đợi và chiếc giường cũng rất lớn! Phòng tắm và nhà vệ sinh được tách biệt, đó là một thiết kế tốt! Điều duy nhất có thể tăng cường là độ ẩm nặng và mùi mốc Mùi khá dễ nhận thấy khi bạn ra khỏi thang máy.

Vị trí của khách sạn này rất thuận tiện và gần nhiều khu ẩm thực và cũng có nhiều cửa hàng bán lẻ xung quanh. Cảm ơn vì đã nâng cấp phòng vì phòng rất rộng rãi và chúng tôi đã có một kỳ nghỉ thoải mái. Nhân viên lễ tân rất hữu ích và tháo vát vì họ có thể giúp tìm một số thông tin mà chúng tôi yêu cầu. Đánh giá cao việc họ cũng cung cấp ô dù ở lối vào cho khách sạn.

Updates: I had a great stay at Fullon Hotel Hualien. The room was spacious, comfortable, and has awesome view of the harbor. The location is ideal for me—close to the coast, at the start of the bike trail, and in a peaceful area. I loved being able to borrow a bike from the hotel, making it easy to explore the bike-friendly town. The staff was friendly and attentive. Even those who didn’t speak English used Google Translate to communicate, which I appreciated. The only downside was difficulty reaching the hotel before my arrival to confirm the station pick-up, which wasn’t sorted out and confirmed until the day before I arrived. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel. Most likely will stay here again next time I'm in Hualien. Hopefully, I can reach them easier next time. ==================== 2025/01/13: Impossible to contact as a foreign visitor. I tried to send messages to the hotel via both email and LINE that were listed on their website since I don't live in TW. I tried to arrange for their pick up service from Hualien Station which is included with my stay. I have sent my inquiry for the details. I finally managed to get messages back one time via LINE after a day with a website that's not in English and a picture showing only a phone number for booking. At least the hotel didn't ask me to do international phone call and finally said I can request the booking with them via the LINE channel. So I sent the booking request with details. That was 3 days ago. And I have not received any message back or heard a peep from them. So I assume the service is still not booked. Not that the free ride matters since I should be able to get a cab easily, but the service, especially what's promise and the helpfulness of the staff, is quite underwhelming and on the side of not hospitable. For the same trip, I also had to reach out to Tango Hotel Taipei. They were very helpful with my inquiry and very fast. Hopefully the stay is nice. I'll come back to update my review then.

The quiet, picturesque location, coupled with the staff's unwavering commitment to guest comfort, makes it a worthwhile stay, especially for those with their own transportation. While you'll need to drive to access nearby attractions and dining, the hotel's tranquil ambiance and remarkable service create a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Vị trí khá tốt, cạnh phố đi bộ, xung quanh là nhiều cửa hàng có tuổi đời hàng thế kỷ. Mất khoảng 8 phút đi bộ là đến Chợ đêm Dongdaemun. Khách sạn rất sạch sẽ và ngăn nắp, giường cực kỳ thoải mái và nệm và gối có chất lượng cao. Phòng sạch sẽ, sáng sủa và đơn giản, có sẵn tất cả các vật dụng cần thiết. Có một không gian chung ở tầng dưới cũng như đồ ăn nhẹ và đồ uống cà phê miễn phí 24 giờ một ngày. Sẽ xem xét ở lại đây lần sau. 

Very positive experience. Place is quite nice if you look for a decent Hostel in Hualien (even though it might look a little bit run down from the outside). Nice roof top terrace for a night cup and 24h free flow coffee/tea is a plus. Communication with the front desk staff varies a lot, depending on the individual English language skills of the staff on duty, but has never been a real issue. Moreover, we‘ve been quite surprised having a German speaking guy there the day we‘ve checked in.

Good service and nice room overall. Good Chinese style breakfast. Check in kiosk is used, which is interesting, however still need to go to reception for the breakfast voucher. Location is not the best, 15 minutes walking from Jian train station and pretty much no other public transport nearby. I ordered a taxi from the reception.
