The stay experience was a delightful surprise! The design is minimalist and elegant, with a firm mattress that ensured a sound sleep until morning. The smart amenities are convenient and thoughtful. Vị trí của khách sạn rất thuận tiện, n*** đối diện Bảo tàng và Phòng trưng bày Nghệ thuật Hồ Bắc và cạnh Hồ Đông. N*** ngoài cửa có ga tàu điện ngầm và bến xe buýt, thật không may, tôi đến Vũ Hán vào hai ngày lạnh nhất và không có thời gian để ngắm Hồ Đông, tôi chỉ đi thăm danh lam thắng cảnh của thành phố. Bãi đậu xe cũng rất thuận tiện khi lái xe từ ngoài thị trấn.
Hạn chế duy nhất là trong bể bơi thành phố của khách sạn không có phòng thay đồ, nhưng hành lang khách sạn không có hệ thống sưởi và rất lạnh nên tôi không dám đi bơi sau khi ở hai ngày.
Nhưng nhìn chung giao thông ở đây thuận tiện, lần sau tới Vũ Hán tôi sẽ ở lại đây!

這是一家很不錯的酒店，硬體設施相當出色，但在位置和周邊服務上有些細節值得留意。硬體新穎舒適，但周邊環境與人員服務有改善空間
優點：
1. 硬體設備佳： 房間內的設施很新，維護得也很好，住起來非常舒適。洗澡水溫和水壓都很穩定，這點很加分。
2. 地理位置方便： 交通真的蠻便利的，旁邊就有地鐵站，而且走路就能到博物館，對於安排行程來說非常方便。去東湖櫻花園叫車也只要15-20分鐘，距離適中。
缺點/提醒：
1. 周邊餐飲匱乏： 酒店附近幾乎沒有什麼吃的，如果晚上不想跑遠，可能需要提前準備好食物，或是有叫外賣的打算。
2. 夜間通道較不安全： 晚上一個人走回酒店時，因為必須穿越產業園區，內部燈光昏暗，會讓人感到有點害怕。更困擾的是，無論是叫車離開或返回，司機似乎都不願意開進園區到大堂門口，對於帶著行李或晚歸而沒有自駕的旅客來說不太方便。
3. 房間溫度無法自調： 雖然設備很新，但因為是中央暖氣，室內溫度無法自行調整，可能會影響睡眠舒適度。
4. 服務細節待加強： 前台服務員的態度比較冷酷，雖然有問必答，但感覺少了點溫度。另外，對於周邊的路線規劃似乎不太熟悉，如果希望能給些遊玩建議，可能會比較好
總結：
如果你很看重房間品質與交通便利性，這裡會是個好選擇。但若是比較在意周邊的便利性、夜間安全，或是喜歡有溫度的服務，可能需要將這些列入考慮。建議入住期間早點回酒店，並善用地鐵出行。

酒店在湖北省老年大學院內，距離湖北省博物館走路3-6分鐘，確實蠻近的。湖北美術館也在旁邊，去武漢大學和東湖都不遠，我們是家庭出行，住了兩晚四間房，四間房都安排在一起，很人性化，酒店1樓是餐廳，2樓是客房，面積不大，但是房間很雅緻，安靜，餐廳也很好吃，因為是下午晚一點車次，同時給我們做了延遲退房服務，給前台的小姐姐點個贊。博物館這裏就有一個地鐵站，但是導航沒有導到，去地鐵站也衹要幾分鐘，很方便。

房間挺大的，衞生間與洗浴分離，這個很好，隔音還可以，設施開始有點老舊，但酒店服務很好，交通方便，就在地鐵站旁，周邊環境也不錯，唯一要説的還是衞生，還是不夠細緻。邊桌，洗手間鏡子都有擦不乾淨的塵埃，最要吐槽是那個空氣凈化，那個風葉已經黑黑的，不敢用哈。

The hotel is located on a main road so it’s very convenient to get on your rides. Despite being on the main street, it isn’t noisy. I enjoyed my stay very much. They even have a good selection of movies and dramas that came free without needing any additional subscription. The cleanliness is great. The pillows and beddings are also really comfortable. The hotel provides free bottled water and 2 cans of soda, so it’s perfect to wind down with movies and supper after a long day of exploration. Love the bathroom, with automatic bidet system and fantastic water pressure.

It's right next to all train station. There's a mixue outside. Amenities are great with no issues. They give free water bottles two per day. All the standard room amenities. No smoke smell. The only downside is the air conditioning makes the room smell like cigarettes.
I didn't turn on the heat function but the cold function has no smell.
The shower and bathroom are very clean and tidy.
Bed is cleaned and sheets changed everyday.
The area is good for tourist activities. You can get to all the famous places by the nearby train which runs until 11:30pm.
Best part was the shower. No water issues.

BBlacky MuiKhi đi du lịch cùng gia đình, tôi đã đặt ba phòng cao cấp hướng ra thành phố, một trong số đó có tầm nhìn ra Sông Dương Tử và có chương trình biểu diễn ánh sáng vào ban đêm. Khách sạn có vị trí rất thuận tiện trên phố đi bộ Jianghan ở trung tâm thành phố, nơi có nhiều nơi để ăn uống và vui chơi. Đội ngũ lễ tân, nhân viên dọn phòng và thậm chí cả dịch vụ robot đều rất tốt. Phòng rộng rãi, sạch sẽ và gọn gàng. Gia đình tôi đã gọi bữa sáng tại khách sạn, có nhiều lựa chọn món ăn và họ rất thích. Tôi đặt một căn phòng nhỏ nhưng ở rất thoải mái. Áp lực nước rất mạnh và tắm nước nóng rất thoải mái. Đây là lần đầu tiên tôi đánh giá bằng hình ảnh vì tôi rất hài lòng. Chỉ là vì cái cũ Ngôi nhà đã được cải tạo và cách âm không tốt lắm. Chà, tôi bị đánh thức bởi âm thanh từ hành lang vào buổi sáng, nhưng nhìn chung nó rất tốt. Tôi được tặng đồ ăn nhẹ khi rời đi và bãi đậu xe đã được sắp xếp. Nó rất đẹp Tốt.

With subway access just at the basement, it’s an ideal destination for both business travelers and vacationers looking to explore the area. Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience.
Check-In Experience:**
The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions.
Room Quality:**
Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay.
Amenities:**
The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order.
Location:**
Located above a vibrant mall, Somerset Hotel provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day.
Service:**
Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.
Conclusion:**

It's flawless and by far the best hotel i have stayed in China and in my life.
Firstly, when i stepped in, the front desk lady (小慧）was so friendly and patient to bribg me through the check in process smoothly and professionally. She patiently explained all the details and services available such as free meal services delivered by robot to room, free airport shuttle, breakfast timing and free laundry services.
Secondly, when stepped into the room, the room was so modern, sparkling clean and hi-tech. There was no foul smeel and smoking smell. Fruits (banana and madarain oranges) and some snacks were provided for free. The curtain can be open or close eith a press of the button beside the bed. The warm pressure and temperature are just right and functioning well almost instantaneously. The toilet bowl is also high tech and equipped with sensor and remote control that can heat up your cold butt in cold winter and wash your butt after your business.
Thirdly, there's a cute little robot that can accurately deliver meals to your roon! So cool!
Lastly, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and amazing. Also the best i have had staying in China. Many varieties from small xakes, pastries, dim sum, vegetables, noodles, rice, salad, tea leaves, coffee, fruits, yogurt, juices, porridge and etc. The dining ambience is also relaxing and nice although it will be perfect if smoking is disallowed there.
Finally i also wish to extend my thank to the other frontdesk ladies who were on duty onthe night of 2 Jan 2024 and 3 Jan morning as they were also super friendly, polite and attended to my queries well. I offered a small tips of 10 yuan but they turned down as they insisted they are not supposed to accept tips. I am sad but still they are doing their job professionally and i am impressed.

Giao thông thuận tiện, bạn có thể đi mua sắm trên đường Lihuangpi và đường Lanling, bên kia đường là sông Dương Tử và bãi sông, nhìn ra sông từ phía khách sạn khá tốt.
Vì là dịp lễ hội nên lúc 3h chiều chúng tôi nhận phòng đã hết phòng. Quầy lễ tân tặng chúng tôi phiếu đồ uống miễn phí tầng 2 như một sự an ủi.
Sàn phòng được trải thảm để trẻ em có thể thoải mái vui chơi.
Về cơ sở vật chất, trong phòng có bồn tắm cho trẻ em chơi trong nhà, có hồ bơi và suối nước nóng trên tầng 4 của khách sạn.
Khuyết điểm có thể là chưa được các bé quan tâm quá nhiều, các bé cứ phàn nàn là không có quà, vì anh luôn nhận được những bất ngờ nho nhỏ khi ở khách sạn. Khách sạn cũng không cung cấp trái cây và sữa, đây không phải là phong cách của các chuỗi khách sạn ngày nay.
