As we took bus from Taichung to sun moon lake area, this bnb is very convenient . Only around 100 m from drop off point also closed to the pier where lake boat tour start . Breakfast is simple but good . Coffee machine provided in reception area. Nice middle age lady attend to us in the reception. We booked quadruple room for 3 persons.

Trong chuyến đi Đài Loan của mình, tôi cảm thấy Khách sạn Suối nước nóng Yunpin là nơi chu đáo, toàn diện và đáng để ở lại nhiều lần nhất. Nhân viên ở mọi ngóc ngách của khách sạn đều rất chu đáo và tỉ mỉ. Hoàn toàn xứng đáng. Cho dù là xe đưa đón của khách sạn hay các bữa ăn ngon vào buổi sáng và buổi tối, chất lượng dịch vụ cao cấp đều được phản ánh ở khắp mọi nơi. Ban công ngắm cảnh trong phòng có thể nhìn thấy Hồ Nhật Nguyệt tuyệt đẹp. Rất đáng để giới thiệu.

Location is super convenient, barely 50m from the 7-eleven and SML's Nantou Bus Ticketing counter where Nantou Bus 6670 from Taichung drop passengers. The ground floor of the B&B is a elegantly decorated tea-shop and had a pleasant whiff of red-dates chinese tea, very welcoming on a hot day. Our room was nicely renovated, very cosy and clean, well laid out, with Taiwan cable channels and Youtube smart TV box. It has modern toilet fittings and very refreshing lightly scented shampoo and body wash in dispensers. The lady at the counter (小芸) was absolutely helpful. She sold us discounted ferry tickets compared to buying from the counters at the pier, explained activities to do and places to visit and boat/bus routes around SML when we arrived and gave us a WhatsApp to contact her for any queries. She also advised us to visit Itashao to taste the street foods for lunch and recommend places for dinner through WhatsApp after returning to Shiushe without pushing us to visit the restaurants nor buy tea from the shop. Truly warm ********* hospitality and the best part of staying in this B&B.

The hotel was nice, and clean. We booked it for it has hot spring tubs inside the rooms. We enjoyed it very much. We also liked the buffet dinner and the buffet breakfast. We had a good one night stay visiting Sun Moon Lake, as it's close to the pier side where the bike trail starts. We only stayed for one night so we didn't get to use their other facilities.

Nice lake view from the lobby. Room and breakfast are ok, considered clean but a little run down. Hotel provides free bicycles for use, and the hotel is located along the most beautiful trail along sun moon lake which you can walk or cycle around (e bike is preferred as there’s plenty of upslope). Hotel also has a game room (including switch, ps4, arcade basketball and air hockey, pool and table tennis) for free play which my kids enjoyed. Nearby there’s no eateries, which is a little inconvenient. Overall good stay!

Nhân viên phục vụ trong nhà hàng phục vụ kém, không được đào tạo bài bản, không nhiệt tình trong cách đối xử với khách, lời đầu tiên họ nói với khách không phải là “Chào mừng, mời ngồi”, mà là “Nhà hàng chúng tôi chỉ phục vụ đến khi nào thôi”. 9h30, mình đi mới 8h30 thôi!”, khó chịu quá! 2. Đồ ăn trong nhà hàng cần được cải thiện! Thịt giăm bông thoạt nhìn có vẻ rẻ tiền, múc cháo ra thì cơm không được đảo đều, bạn nuôi lợn à? Quá thất vọng với cách phục vụ của nhà hàng!

Close to Shuishe pier. Good for those who want a quieter part of the lake. Shuishe dam is about 10min walk, with excellent views. Owner will pick up from the pier bus station when you arrive, and send you back upon check out. Just need to call and let them know. Only setback is food options are a bit far from the hotel.

The hotel is very near the drop off point and is located at an area with lots of restaurants and bike rental shops. We got upgraded to a room with a balcony and a view of the parking lot and the lake. The room was so spacious and had its own jacuzzi and bathroom, which was a big plus. The free breakfast buffet was in another hotel nearby, but it was good as it's facing the lake. A total value for money!
