Hotel was strategically located in central Nanning (Close and easily reachable to EXPO/Commercial Centers and just around 15 minutes away from the new business district).
Service and cleanliness are excellent. The only downside with the building is the common areas and corridors are very hot. The room air-conditioning automatically shuts off by temperature sensor in the middle of the night (for my room and 4 others where my colleagues were staying in) which causes the room to be uncomfortably warm in the middle of the night.

Second day managed to ask a female staff who gladly helped us with the getting the delivery and making payment. Came back one night and found that hotel room was made up but no towels were provided.

From the moment I walked in, I felt the warm hospitality and attention to detail that the hosts had put into this place.
First off, the location is superb. Situated on Minzu Avenue, this apartment is not only convenient but also offers easy access to many of the city’s main attractions and amenities. Whether you’re looking to explore local restaurants, hit up shopping districts, or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll around the area, you’ll find it all within close proximity. The convenience alone made my stay incredibly easy and stress-free.
Upon entering the apartment, I was immediately impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The hosts clearly take pride in ensuring the space is spotless and inviting. The decor is modern yet warm, with touches of local flair that give it a unique charm. The furniture is both stylish and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. My room was spacious and equipped with all the essentials I needed for a comfortable stay, including a very comfortable bed, which ensured I had restful sleep every night.
One of the highlights was the attention to detail in the amenities provided. From high-speed Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen to thoughtful touches like bottled water, toiletries, and even some local snacks, it was evident that the hosts went out of their way to make guests feel at home. The kitchen area was well-stocked with basic utensils, which made it easy to prepare simple meals. This was a huge plus for me, as it offered a sense of flexibility and added comfort.
The staff were another big highlight of my stay. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Cơ sở vật chất và trang thiết bị tốt, thiết bị phòng tắm và cổng USB đầu giường đều hiện đại. Chỉ có hai lời phàn nàn là: có một chỗ rò rỉ ở đáy ấm đun nước trong phòng và một vũng nước nhỏ sẽ rò rỉ ra ngoài qua đêm. Ngoài ra, bộ định tuyến trong phòng nằm dưới TV và đèn nhấp nháy hướng về phía giường, ảnh hưởng đến giấc ngủ vào ban đêm. Tôi đoán là bộ định tuyến đã bị rút phích cắm khi tôi vào phòng. N*** khi bước vào khách sạn, tôi đã có ấn tượng sâu sắc bởi sự phục vụ nhiệt tình và chu đáo. Các nhân viên mỉm cười chào đón tôi, thủ tục nhận phòng nhanh chóng và hiệu quả. Họ còn tặng tôi một chiếc cặp mang đậm chất Quảng Tây khiến mọi người cảm thấy ấm áp. Sau khi vào phòng, liên tục có những bất ngờ. Phòng rộng rãi, thoải mái, ấm áp và trang trí trang nhã, giường êm ái, thoải mái, phòng đối diện cộng đồng rất yên tĩnh, giúp bạn có một giấc ngủ ngon. TTài khoản kháchWe spent awhile here as were securing Vietnam visas. This is hotel is far from the embassy. On the other hand,it was convenient for the public transport,but not the subway. The front desk had no clue about whether trains to Vietnam from Nanning are possible. They are and we took trains first to Hanoi and later to Mui Ne.The front desk all over Vietnam was full of good advice and could speak English well enough. As for China,they wanted to help,but didnt have the answers and once I could see them tapping away at their phones I knew they would most likely find the same lack of information I found on line. The train at Nanning leaves at 6PM for Hanoi. A special machine exists that prints out a card in five languages with carbon copies that tear away at each juncture of the trip. This will be a bad night's sleep as they rouse passengers late at night to stamp out of China and later into Vietnam. Upon arrival in Hanoi you'll probably need a taxi,but at 6:30am the only ones prey on tourists st the train station. Most people stay around the Old Quarter and it's a well provisioned sort of place with a giant lake at the center. Getting to the train station here required me to get a motorcycle,but wasnt far. It was easy to buy onward tickets and we enjoyed the food and people watching around the lake. Hanoi is sweater weather in January,but once you hit southeastern Vietnam the weather is hot and humid with refreshing sea breezes along the coast.

WWan SuwanVị trí căn hộ rất tuyệt vời, xung quanh tòa nhà có nhiều nhà hàng, cửa hàng tiện lợi 24/24, chỉ cần đi bộ một đoạn ngắn là đến Mira Mall và Sheng's Tiandi, nơi bạn có thể tìm thấy siêu thị tốt, nhiều nhà hàng ngon và quán ăn ngon. Trung tâm thương mại MixC, Hang Yang City và Trung tâm Hội nghị & Triển lãm đều nằm trong khoảng cách đi bộ ngắn, taxi chỉ khoảng 10-15 Nhân dân tệ, rất thuận tiện vì điểm đỗ taxi nằm n*** trước lối đi bộ vào tòa nhà.
Tòa nhà và căn hộ đã cũ và không được bảo trì đầy đủ, họ có bếp nhưng nếu ở dưới một tháng thì gần như vô dụng vì họ không cung cấp bất kỳ đồ dùng nhà bếp nào, ngoại trừ ấm đun nước điện, thậm chí không có cả cốc hay dụng cụ nấu ăn phù hợp, chỉ có 2 cốc giấy dùng một lần trong phòng tắm.
Tiện nghi phòng ốc và nhiều vật dụng nhỏ trong căn hộ đều xuống cấp và không được bảo trì đúng cách như tay nắm cửa, tay nắm, vòi sen, vòi nước nhà bếp, bàn, v.v., độ sạch sẽ không được tốt, tuy nhiên, ga trải giường và chăn ga gối đệm khá sạch sẽ và không có mùi. The hotel’s location is fantastic, especially for travelers looking to explore the city. It’s just a short walk from Jinhu Square Metro Station, making it very easy to get around Nanning and access popular attractions. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, and local markets in the surrounding area, which is incredibly convenient.
Check-in & Service:
The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff were friendly and spoke enough English to assist with any queries. They were always ready to offer directions or help with taxi arrangements, which made the stay even more hassle-free.
Room:
The room I stayed in was clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was soft, and the pillows were just right for a good night’s sleep. The room was equipped with all the usual amenities like a flat-screen TV, minibar, free Wi-Fi, and an air conditioning unit that worked perfectly. The bathroom was spacious, with a good shower and all the necessary toiletries provided.

Given its central location and the comfort of the facilities, Sanzan Hotel offers excellent value for money. The price is very reasonable, especially for a hotel that is so conveniently situated near a metro station.
