Khách sạn nằm ở một vị trí rất tốt, đối diện tòa thị chính và cạnh tòa nhà thuế. Phải mất 10 phút đi bộ đến ga xe lửa Hsinchu. Dịch vụ rất ấm áp, nhưng Đài Loan thì ấm áp quá. Khách sạn được trang trí theo phong cách tương đối cổ điển, có thể đó là thời đại của phong cách này vào thời điểm đó và nó rất phù hợp với toàn bộ Tân Trúc. Tài xế taxi cho biết đây là khách sạn rất tốt trong thành phố, vào mùa cao điểm đã kín chỗ. Tôi sẽ ở lại đây khi đến Tân Trúc trong tương lai!

The staff is polite, and their service is helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need and feel completely satisfied with us. Their friendliness and willingness to assist create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes me want to come back again and again.

The hotel location is convenient, near the train station, malls, parks and zoo. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is great. Would love to go back again.
