All satisfied with the hotel but not Trip.com where we booked in this hotel, we have to pay for the breakfast when booking with Trip.com, but indeed the hotel offers complementary breakfast, we are eating the same things paid or not paid. I think this is the problem rested with Trip.com taking advantage of tourists not familiar with local practice charging us expensive ”supposed to be free” breakfast.

It was my second time staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and tried their best to arrange an early check-in for me even though it was only about 30 -40 minutes earlier than the official check-in time. Ryan and the manager were both very helpful. The housekeeping staff were also super friendly. I accidentally went to the wrong building and they kindly helped me out. The hotel was clean and tidy as usual. However, there are two things I need to complain about. First, the TVs in the room were still logged into the previous guests Netflix accounts. I couldn’t find a way to log them out so I ended up using their accounts to watch a movie which was a bit weird and concerning. Second, the room door didn’t close properly. I didn’t realize it until I returned to the room a few hours later. I then figured out that you have to pull the door very hard to get it to fully close otherwise people can get into your room without access code.

Trung tâm Richmond và các cơ sở ngân hàng chỉ cách đó khoảng 500m. Tòa nhà hơi cũ từ bên ngoài, nhưng giường và phòng tắm thì tuyệt vời. Tôi ở tầng 4 hướng vào bên trong hướng ra công viên. Nơi đây yên tĩnh và điều hòa không quá tệ so với tuổi của tòa nhà. Xe đưa đón đến và đi từ sân bay đúng giờ. Khu vực đón có biển báo rõ ràng. Vì không có nhiều khách hàng sử dụng dịch vụ đưa đón, tôi khuyên bạn nên sắp xếp trước với lễ tân khách sạn. Bữa sáng ngon với nhiều lựa chọn. Nhân viên mà tôi gặp rất thân thiện và hữu ích. Tôi không thể mong đợi gì hơn từ khách sạn nhỏ này. Tôi sẽ ở lại đây một lần nữa! Rất phù hợp với nhu cầu của tôi và giá trị đồng tiền!

Booked this hotel for my long layover solely for its location. It’s a few walk away from Bridgeport metro station (although the walk may not be as glamorous since the way to get there has the potential to be confusing; anyway I figured it out easily). That meant I’m close to the airport as well as the metro if I wanted to go downtown. The room was clean, and the bathroom was spotless. The check in and check out process was a breeze. The y have decent breakfast that starts at 6 (you can even take your coffee to go if needed). The staff were wonderful and helpful. As soon as I checked in and told the front desk I’m headed back to the airport the next morning, he told me that the hotel offers a shuttle that can send you to the airport!! That meant I didn’t have to walk back to the metro. (With that in mind, I bet they also have a pickup shuttle service—so contact the hotel so you can skip the metro altogether.) Such convenience.

Location is fine, depending on where you want to go. The bus stop is just few steps away from the house. There is a church nearby. Opposite the house you can find a low-rise apartment. The house and the room I stay are very clean and comfortable. The landlady is friendly and helpful. I feel safe. All the services and amenities listed in Trip.Com are available. It would be much more better if the specific address is listed in Trip.com for the convenience of booking. Responses are considered quick and efficient. Recommended for single female travelers, if you are unsure of having homestay.

Vị trí gần công viên công cộng và sân bay rất thuận tiện. Nếu lái xe, bạn sẽ thấy việc đỗ xe tại khách sạn khá bất tiện. Cổng mở ở lối vào bãi đậu xe rất đáng sợ vì nó suýt đâm vào xe tôi. Phòng khách có ánh sáng hạn chế, chỉ có một bàn cạnh giường ngủ và đèn bàn mặc dù tôi đã ở phòng đôi cỡ Queen. Tôi sẽ không muốn ở lại khách sạn này nữa.

I have stayed here since 2012 with my flights into YVR and crossing the US border next day, both north and south. The shuttle is a godsend after a long flight, complimentary phone to hotel from airport, short drive to hotel, done deal. The reverse just as convenient. Having breakfast available from 5:30am wonderful as well. May be an alternative to sugary cereal but there’s bagels and waffles, yoghurt toast and jam. Coffee and tea. The rooms are clean. The hotel ready for an update biggest complaint - DITCH THE COFFEE BAG COFFEE MAKERSin the rooms. What drizzles out of them is disgusting. Great excitement this trip. Hotel fire alarm went off. Richmond’s finest turned up and it was declared a false alarm. Got to chat with other guest. Exciting start to the day. I’m still a fan.
