TTài khoản kháchFierro Hotel is a true gem! The location is good but we took a taxi nearly everywhere. There are lots of eateries all around this neighborhood though. The people at the desk exceed themselves in giving the best service they can. We arrived mid-morning, and we only had to wait a few minutes before our 2 rooms were ready. We waited in their dining room where they served us their amazing breakfast that comes with the room. We ate many of our meals here because the food is amazing, chef-prepared. The wines recommended by their in-house sommelier are delicious. The rooms are big with a fridge stocked with champagne if desired. Also a separate wine fridge stocked with several wines. The desk folks have great suggestions for things to do as well as calling a taxi, English-speaking if desired. We asked about a dinner show with tango. It did not disappoint! They made our reservations, we were picked up and taken to the venue and it was great! We needed a late checkout and they allowed us to stay til 2 pm. I can't guarantee that on busier days the same accommodations to time in and out can be given. But we can leave our luggage safely if needed, even use of the facilities of pool, dining and sauna were offered after checkout. I can't say enough positive things about this hotel. The only negative thing was having to leave!

TTài khoản kháchThe hotel is located near the obelisk with lots of food options. As the building seems quite old, there’s a lot of squeaky sounds made when people upstairs walk around which may affect light sleepers. There are small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, comb, shower cap, sanitary bag, cotton pad provided. There’s also shower gel and body lotion and other amenities maybe but those were not provided in my room when I checked in and I only found out when I saw the house cleaning cart. No hot water kettle is in the room, no tissue paper, no complimentary water, no usb charging port. The shower door cannot close properly so water splashes out. The pool is closed during winter which is sad as I chose this hotel to have a pool to swim. Florencia at the reception was extremely helpful and helped me with money exchange too (very good rates available)! Thanks
