Fantastic, caring, and accommodating staff. Mhairi checked us in and was so lovely. Room is spacious and clean, everything you’d expect from a standard premier inn. Was able to check in early with no problems at all. Again 10/10 to the lovely lady Mhairi who checked us in.

Very comfortable stay here, stayed for two nights. Friendly staff and welcome. Comfortable bed and room. Clean room and bathroom. No complaints. Lots of free parking available. Recommend you buy the extra Wi-Fi option , Wi-Fi was slow . 9 minute drive into the centre of Lancaster. Lancaster is a lovely place to stay.

Staff very good. Premises very poor. Broken lift and locks and very tired rooms and decor. The TV didn’t switch off with the remote. But the staff were good and did their best. I have found the same with other Premier Inns. Is this a business being run down??

Great place to stay, Just off the M6. Very friendly Staff my room was very clean and slept very well. I had my window open could not hear any traffic very quiet, I was on the second floor, good clean room, i had the double bed with a sofa, free parking with plenty of room, restaurant next door can't fault it at all food was good and great price.

The Lancaster Premier Inn is an ideal “base”for anyone with an appointment at the hospital. Easy access from and to the M6. Parking is free. Parking at the hospital is difficult. Local Taxis are reliable. After early breakfast we took my wife to hospital. I then returned to the room until 1200 and used Brewers Fair for lunch and taking taxi to collect my wife later in the day and returning to our car in the car park. Reception staff were very helpful.

Female receptionist was really welcoming friendly and extremely helpful Also gave us advice about park and ride to travel into Lancaster city centre It really makes a difference when made to feel welcome on arrival and given information to make most of your stay

Staff was lovely, accommodating and very helpful. Had a Premier Plus room. Clean, comfortable and quiet with good Internet. Everything I needed. Having easy food options available next door was very convenient. I needed to be close to the ferry, so the location was perfect.

Booked this premier in as we wanted to explore Leighton Moss reserve and this was closest, the hotel and staff were lovely, very welcoming, easy to find , with good car parking, we would and probably will return to this premier inn. Meal deal was excellent value
