Travelodge Lancaster M6

Location is as expected but comfortable. Hotel needs an upgrade but very clean and comfortable. No plugs by headboard which is not ideal as the kids watch there tablets to fall asleep. Staff were very friendly and inviting and even offered hot chocolate to the kids as we arrived late due to a long trip.

Looking for an overnight stop on the way up to see relatives in Scotland. Would have normally stayed at the Premier Inn, Preston North but too expensive. Opted instead to use this one with easy access off/on the M6. Booking in was straightforward. Received the breakfast box for the following morning. Room was tidy and inviting for the overnight stay. In hindsight when putting this box together who thought of trying to open the milk carton? Had to go to reception to get a pair of scissors. Only item to raise here was motor bikes being revved in the early hours - why? Surely the overnight supervisor should have gone out and told the offenders to stop?

Stayed overnight on Saturday of August bank holiday weekend. Basic but clean, tidy and welcoming hotel. Perfect for breaking up a journey from Scotland to south coast of England. Forgot to specify an accessible ground floor room when I booked over a month ago. Called en route and new manager went out of his way to provide this. Friendly and personable individual (whose name I didn’t catch)

Used this location to sleep as I was passing through. The hotel is very tired and old but the staff were fabulous. Very helpful and engaging which is good to have on a reception desk. The rooms are old and dated but very clean.

For £90 a night in Lancaster.. there are no words. The sell, the cost, the doors, the flooors, the nose, the building was falling apart, really sad,

Stayed here for 1 night of my 3/7 business trip around Lancashire area. Basic hotel, has what you need. Outside could do with some decorating as it's looks very sad but the hotel it's self is clean and the staff are very polite and professional.
