Located in the heart of the Dixieland Historic District on Hunter St., our cozy bungalow offers the perfect blend of charm and convenience. 2-minute walk to Lake Hunter Just over half a mile to Lake Morton, home to Lakeland’s beloved swans 1-mile stroll to downtown Lakeland, featuring bars, restaurants, and shopping 1 mile to Swan Brewery and the RP Funding Center Antique stores and coffee shops within a couple of blocks Many of these local gems are easily accessible by walking or biking, making this the perfect home base for exploring Lakeland!About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Family neighborhood. Great Location and House I loved this house. The location had great spots to hang out, clean linens, easy check-out procedures and a responsive owner. Not a lot of items in the kitchen, but it was sufficient for everything I needed. Will definitely stay again!

Clean and Welcoming! We loved staying at this charming 3/1. The owner was very clear in his communication and sent arrival instructions in plenty of time. I loved that there was Keurig coffee, water bottles, filtered water in the fridge and even wine! The beds were comfy - harder and softer pillows on each - plenty to choose from! Everything was so clean - I can't find a thing to complain about. The neighborhood is quiet and only a block from a lake that has a nice hike/bike trail. I'm a runner, so it's important to me to have a safe place to run in the morning - it was perfect. I highly recommend and would choose it again for myself.

Charming stay in Historic District We came for Sun n Fun but fell in love with Lakeland and this charming neighbourhood and this house! The house is vintage but updated with a good functional kitchen, a great shower and excellent laundry machines -- and fabulously effective AC! We really enjoyed our stay and found our host to be really friendly and responsive. Good tv, lots of games and books. Great parking and an outdoor area to relax in.

Nice local property This home was very pleasant and clean. It was easy to locate & in a nice neighborhood. The manager was helpful with his welcome sheet and suggesting places to eat.

Two days in Haven Cozy home in quaint, convenient neighborhood. Property was as pictured, described and perfectly appointed. Walking distance to several eateries and a short drive to downtown, spring training, Florida Southern college and lakes. Communication with owner was seamless. Loved learning about the history and culture of Lakeland while during our Central FL getaway.

Wonderful stay! Beautiful, charming, cozy, & has everything you need for a wonderful stay! The hosts were great to work with and made the trip so easy with check-in and simply accommodating us throughout our stay. I will definitely stay here next time I am in Lakeland!

Perfect Our stay was perfect. It was a peferct location close to the church for my moms funeral service. The home was warm and inviting. I was anle to prep food for the reception due tobtheir fully stocked kitchen
