10/10 Fantastic place to stay, nice comfy & cozy bed, great bathroom, nice outdoor features. Chairs to sit around the docks and view the lake. Nice fire pit beside the lake!

The hotel had no check in. This would have been fine if we received the check in details, but we didn't and the phone provided to contact someone did not work.
When we finally accessed the room it was very small. The bed was lovely but took up the entire room, leaving no space for anything else.
We booked this hotel for the canoes&kayak hire. These had been removed before we got there and were unavailable. This hadn't been communicated in advance.
I would describe this hotel as "ok"

The carpet is very dirty. The tub would not drain. The fireplace had no directions on how to turn on. The 2 numbers in the lobby to call for assistance were completely non -responsive and the Inn doesn’t have an on-site manager. The third number from the website worked and the maintenance person asked me to see if the fireplace was plugged in. After moving the fireplace it came off the base and nearly tipped over. The maintenance person came and fixed the fireplace and figured out how to start it (button under a hidden front panel). Messages were not returned regarding the tub that failed to drain. After calling again, I was told drano could be put in the tub and if that didn’t work I could be given a code to another room to shower which was declined. A credit was offered. The linens were clean and the bed was comfortable. The outlets were minimal and required unplugging the lamp or coffeemaker to charge a cell phone.

The carpet in the room was beyond dirty, it was absolutely gross. Although there were Keurig coffee pods, there was no Keurig to make coffee in. Tried contacting and never received a response. The entry door did not close securely.

Need ice in the ice machine
A recurring issue
No hot water one night but got fixed next day with local provider Hyde fuel
AC in room 1 did not work properly at night not cooling the room. Still our to go place and a great value most of the time. Great location and parking. Staff very accommodating.

We are frequent return guests. Ongoing issue is ice machine that remains empty… very inconvenient to drive at night for a glass of ice… also Housekeepers should clean rooms at least very two days (we called on day 4). No hot water but it was fixed next day.

The hotel is cute, and the room looked like it had been updated fairly recently. The room had plenty of space to fit a pack and play for our son and it didn’t take up the entire space (like in some other hotels). Pool was clean and looked well maintained. The parking is a little tight, but was fine. The only negative is that our rug had a lot of stains - looked like muddy shoe stains, which makes sense given the hiking trails. But overall, this was one of the cleaner hotels I’ve stayed in.

Very difficult check in. Was not advised it would be remote. Never received email giving me a code. Posted phone #s to request help were a dead end --vm not set up. Luckily another guest was able to get through to someone who called me. Carpet disgustingly filthy. Requested handicap parking. Never saw any and was put on 2d floor via exterior steps
