This suite has a private entrance from the garage. Suite is located above the garage, the main house is a one story, the private suite is upstairs by itself with no wall directly connected to the home. There is no interaction with the main house. The suite has an adjustable split Tempur-Pedic king bed that is so amazingly comfortable! The bed has white cotton sheets with laundered duvet cover. Suite also has an electric fireplace. Cozy table/desk overlooking the front garden. Perfect for dining or a workspace. Suite also has two rattan chairs for relaxing and a 40" Smart TV. Please see photos and all the amenities. Why will you fall in love with this listing.... We give our guests full use of the lake dock, fire pit and seasonal beach area. Home is located on the Main Channel. What does this mean? You are not in a cove, water is nice and views of the lake are amazing. Our dock sits on water that is 25+ feet deep. A perfect location to fish. We even have fishing poles available in the garage. The guest boat slip always has deep water and has an electrical outlet for charging on fishing boats. The dock is well maintained and in beautiful condition. The covered dock has comfortable wicker seating, small propane grill, mini fridge, WIFI mesh router, and a bluetooth speaker that will play your favorite music from your phone. This is great to enjoy year round rain or shine. If you get up early and head to the dock the sunrise is beautiful. We have a beautiful paved road that is great for a morning or afternoon walk! Come and enjoy all the scenery! We provide two kayaks and 2 paddle boards at no charge. Unfortunately we do not allow the boat ramp at the property to be used to load and unload boats, PWCs or trailers. There are two public ramps just a few miles away. . Pinnacle Access and McCrary / Queens Landing access. You are welcome to relax in the lounge chairs on the boat ramp/beach. Just to confirm... We do have a guest limit of two people as this is for peaceful getaways, we only allow registered guests to come to the property. Due to the fact we have two Golden Retrievers we do not allow pets. We do not surcharge for anything or have any hidden fees. We also charge a very reasonable $20 cleaning fee. Also on side yard lots of grass you can enjoy, crochet, horseshoes, badmitton....bring your bikes lots of great trails nearby in State Park or bike in neighborhood. There is a basketball hoop and room to have a game with friends and family.The upper level of house is where the luxurious master suite is which offers another wood fireplace. A 46 inch flat screen tv above fireplace mantel. The master bath has a garden tub and a standing shower with seperate dressing area and double vanity sinks with granite counters. Then there is a loft which is the perfect place for peace and quiet to get work done or enjoy a book.Then enjoy our nostalgic lower level GAME ROOM complete with a full bar, pool table, poker table & chips, dart board and brand new pacman cocktail table & golf video game.
