Our experience at Stoneridge Estate for our wedding and reception was phenomenal. From the moment we stepped foot onto the grounds, we knew we had found the perfect place to say, "I do" and celebrate with our loved ones. The venue's picturesque setting provided a breathtaking backdrop for our ceremony, while the quaint and cosy reception hall set the stage for an unforgettable evening. It helped that we chose to say our vows during autumn with its beautiful changing colours and our day was blessed with a gorgeous weather. The staff at Stoneridge Estate were a joy to work with, accommodating our every need and ensuring that our vision for the day was brought to life. Their professionalism and attention to detail met our expectations and made us feel truly special on our big day. Our guests were equally impressed by the venue, satiated with the food, the stunning surroundings, and the overall ambiance of the event. We are incredibly grateful to the team at Stoneridge Estate for making our wedding day indeed a memorable milestone of our lives. Their dedication and expertise created an experience that we will cherish for a lifetime. If you're looking for the perfect venue for your special day, this venue is highly recommended! We had some sound system issues at the venue, but they provided a portable speaker, and everything else was phenomenal!

What an absolute DELIGHTFUL experience!! The memories of our first time in Queenstown will remain with us forever. Stoneridge Estate is like coming home. Honestly, from the minute we arrived (breathtaking just doesn't do any of it any justice at all) Jade , Damian, Jean and Jono made us feel so welcome. The rooms are spacious, the showers are blissful, the food is five star and the views, are, as I mentioned before, simply breathtaking. Everything you want and or need is within your reach; and you will never want to leave. The cheese platter and wine pairing were superb. We could not recommend Stoneridge Estate more if we tried. We had the absolute pleasure of hosting our small, intimate wedding ceremony and canapés at this stunning estate, and it truly exceeded our expectations. Suzanne was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout the planning process, ensuring we had everything we needed for the day. With the weather being a bit unpredictable, we appreciated having the beautiful garden as our first choice and the chapel as a Plan B. On the day, we ended up using The Hayes Room for the canapés, as the weather wasn’t the greatest. However, the setting was still just as stunning, and we couldn’t have been more thankful for the flexibility. We also had the chance to rehearse the day before, which made everything feel so much more relaxed and prepared. One of the most unforgettable experiences was being able to set off from the venue’s helicopter pad—it was truly something special and added such a unique touch to our day. We will forever cherish the memories made here!

My partner and I hosted our wedding at Stoneridge Estate. I genuinely cannot recommend this venue for weddings enough. The venue was amazing. It was also so easy to organise an overseas wedding using the Stoneridge team. Could not recommend more.

Let me start by saying I booked this hotel based on the 5 star rating and the reviews. The hotel is beautiful, our room was stunning with a gorgeous view of lake Hayes which was wonderful to walk around. The wine and cheese of an afternoon is a lovely thoughtful touch and the onsite hot pool also very welcome. There is no gym for those staying in a lodge room. The venue has a function area and the staff are sadly more focused on that than the guests we felt. For breakfast, you have to say what time you will be down removing any holiday spontaneity. One morning we said 8am and came down at 7.45 (breakfast served from 7.30) and nothing was out and no staff to be found. I booked the private dinner for my husband and I only to be told by the waitress that she was sorry service was really slow but she was managing a function!!!! Parking is a bit of a challenge, there are no designated car parking spaces and it’s daunting to manoeuvre around the small car park. The staff are pleasant and helpful when you get their attention. My husband tried calling reception twice for details on how to check out and no answer or call back. This place has the potential to be incredible with improved service and perhaps a Nespresso machine in the room.

Our wedding at Stoneridge Estate near Queenstown was nothing short of a dream come true. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect. The team, especially those who worked at our reception, were exceptional, making the day flow seamlessly. The food was absolutely incredible, impressing us and our guests with every bite. The entire day felt like something out of a fairytale, and we often find ourselves wishing we could relive it all over again. The estate itself is breathtaking, with stunning views that made for an unforgettable backdrop to our special day. Our room was luxurious and incredibly comfortable, the perfect retreat to start our first day as husband and wife. To top it all off, we had the most magical helicopter ride to the mountains for our post-wedding photos, which added a unique and adventurous touch to the day. Stoneridge Estate truly made our wedding an experience we’ll cherish forever. We can't wait to come back!

We had an excellent experience during our stay at Stoneridge Estate. The room was clean and well-maintained, offering stunning views of Lake Hayes. The living areas were comfortable, the meals were of a five-star quality, and the customer service was exceptional. Everything was perfect, and we would highly recommend it.

A beautiful and quirky hotel with lovely views over the vineyards and lake. Good service - friendly and welcoming - although advice on what to do and where to go was a little hard to get. Dinner in the hotel was good but rather expensive for what it was. Obviously well set up as a wedding event - that was the first reaction at Immigration when we said where we were staying and although only there for one night there was one event the evening we arrived and another coming the following evening.
