I stayed at this hotel sometime in 2019, the decoration and services can be classified as 3 stars. All the TVs, toilet facilities, air conditioners and furniture are reasonably okay. I revisited the hotel in November 2021, honesty the standard is very poor. The hotel decoration starting from outside is very poor. When you entered the accommodation, the reception area is not attractive. During late night, you could see the staff sleeping in dinning room area and lobby on the settees. The furniture are very old and not up to date. The wifi connection is the worst. It has to be rebooted every 1 -2 hours for connection. The TVs, bedroom and bathroom suits are in poor condition and needs maintenance and updating. The air conditioners need servicing because many of them are not effective and mismatch. The fridges needs to be replaced including the TVs. The furniture needs replacement. The hotel needs re-decoration like new touching up. It seems the hotel is for the street girls who can afford the price than professionals people . The professional guests are ready to pay higher prices if what In mentioned in this review are updated. I understand that the owner of the hotel is aware about this updating. However, because he is still making money, he could not be bothered about the condition. maintenance and updating of the hotel. The complimentary food is bread, butter and coffee. This need to be updated. If the hotel needs to ask additional money for buffet type of breakfast, I am sure many guests will pay. It does not need to be complimentary but option or additional cost within the cost of lodging. I give the average score because the staff are welcoming and nice. The hotel in its current state should be rated 2 stars.
