Just a 5-minute drive from Carvoeiro and a 15-minute walk from the amenities at Rocha Brava, the villa boasts beautiful sea views and provides easy access to several local beaches, including the world-renowned Benagil Beach which is just a 10-minute walk away.
This air-conditioned villa comes equipped with a 10m x 5m heatable swimming pool, surrounded by terraces, lawn and mature gardens. The property sits on a large fenced and gated plot with ample parking for up to 5 cars. The bedrooms are spacious and can accommodate cots and z beds if required. The villa is tastefully furnished to a high standard and provides air conditioning in all bedrooms, hair dryers, and safes for your convenience.

The first floor offers a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a spacious bedroom for two people with an en-suite shower room and patio doors leading to a shared balcony.
Before you enter the main villa, there's a private suite on the right that's wheelchair-friendly. This spacious room consists of a double bedroom, sofas, TV, small kitchen area with cupboards, fridge-freezer, and sink. The suite also has patio doors leading to a small table and chairs, as well as the main pool terrace area....
