Les Terrasses de Corton

The website descibes a charming old hotel with spacious and different rooms and a good restaurant. However, the reality is a very bad motel with a series of identical small rooms with no windows. The only daylight comes from the entrance door and no daylight enters the room once the door is closed. At the back of each room is a tiny bathroom also lacking window and ventilation. The rooms are located along a concrete walkway at the same level as the parking lot The impression is generally decrepit and the parking lot, which is located through the main entrance along a steep gradient consist of gravel and weeds. A concrete set of stairs leads from the parking to the “restaurant” with formica tables, plastic chairs and neon light, resembling a very poor cafeteria. As it was not possible to remain at this decrepit motel we tried to cancel the reservation but the only employee refused to help and we cancelled on the website. Despite this the full amount has been drawn from the credit card. How Logis de France can accept such a bad place is incomprehensible. They cannot have visited the place but only looked at the false website.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec du personnel très accueillant, très souriant, une chambre très confortable. Le menu du soir était absolument délicieux et un très bon petit déjeuner en buffet le lendemain matin. Nous recommandons vivement cette excellente adresse où nous séjournerons à nouveau.

Accès à l'hôtel en voiture très facile grande possibilité pour se garer accueil du personnel très sympathique repas au restaurant très bien avec des produits régionaux petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix éviter quand même les œufs brouillés et les saucisses concernant la chambre simple propre efficace seul bémol la salle de bain qui a déjà bien vécu (chambre numéro 5) rapport qualité-prix un peu excessif mais si je devais y retourner j'y retournerai

Passé l'aspect extérieur qui a besoin d'un sérieux rafraîchissement, il ne faut pas manquer de dîner à cette table : le paleron de dix-huit heures y est divin et le vin de Ladoix un vrai bonheur. Le service accueillant par un personnel charmant. Ensuite effectuer une petite balade digestive dans les vignes attenantes tant pour les bienfaits de la marche que pour admirer les coteaux à perte de vue. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir gustatif de ce restaurant. Florence et Philippe

Mooi gelegen tussen de wijngaarden van de Bourgogne, en de voortreffelijke keuken. vriendelijke ontvangst. Schone eenvoudige kamer. Een aan te bevelen etappe-plek tussen Z-Frankrijk en NL. wij komen zeker weer eens terug.
