Beautiful hotel in the valley of apple trees. The spacious hotel with all it’s cosy corners is beautiful renovated and surrounded by a large garden with a swimmingpool for adults and a kidspool with slide playground and kidsclub. The breakfast has an enormous variety from fresh fruit to fresh juice you can make yourself to show cooking of eggs and pancakes. The light all inclusive formula makes that you can enjoy a fresh pasta and salades every lunch. The dinners are high cuisine and delicious. The staff is absolutely friendly with special thanks to Tomas! He’s the best! The rooms are exquisite of high quality and cosy. Good beds, nice bedroom with separate toilet and spacious balcony with jacuzzi and beautiful view!

Excellent hotel in so many ways. Photos of the adults-only spa almost don’t do it justice. It was superb - lots of areas to relax, and fantastic saunas and steam room, as well as salt water pool. Food was exceptional. Wonderful and delicious variety every evening, as well as very generous breakfast options and afternoon snacks (which were more like a lunch). Room was fantastic - well designed, and exceptionally comfortable beds and linen, and extensive pillow menu. In addition to all of the amazing food and facilities, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Looking forward to a return visit!

Ein super Hotel, welches Kulinarik, Familie, Spa und Freizeit-Aktivitäten zusammenbringt. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Dies gilt für sämtliche Bereiche. Wir haben unser jährliches "Südtirol Familienurlaub Hotel des Vertrauens" gefunden und freuen uns schon jetzt auf den nächsten Besuch! Qualität hat seinen Preis - der Spruch ist in diesem Hotel absolut gerechtfertigt! Ein grosses Lob an die Familie Pirhofer!

Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Hotel Paradies und sind total begeistert. Das Zimmer ist super, das Personal immer sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der bzw. die Pools sind sehr groß, so dass man auch mal ein paar Bahnen schwimmen kann. Kinder sind sehr willkommen und werden auch immer freundlich behandelt. Der Spa- und Wellness-Bereich für Erwachsene ist einfach toll. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Somelier Angelo, der uns während unseres Aufenthaltes mehrere tolle Weine empfohlen hat. Wir konnten uns immer auf seine Empfehlung verlassen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Hotel Paradies in Latsch ist ein wunderschönes Hotel, welches eine familiäre A**osphäre und einen erstklassigen Service bietet. Die Zimmer sind elegant und modern eingerichtet, und es gibt eine Vielzahl von Annehmlichkeiten, die Ihren Aufenthalt angenehm machen. Das Hotel bietet auch eine ausgezeichnete Küche mit einer Vielzahl von Gerichten, die für jeden Geschmack etwas bieten. Darüber hinaus gibt es ein umfangreiches Wellnessangebot, das Ihnen Entspannung und Erholung ermöglicht. Ist definitiv eine gute Wahl für einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Das Hotel Paradies in Latsch war für unsere Familie der perfekte Ort für einen gelungenen Urlaub. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel haben uns besonders beeindruckt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die sensationelle Küche, die für jeden Geschmack etwas zu bieten hatte. Auch die neu gestaltete Bar war ein Highlight, hier konnten wir entspannte Abende verbringen und leckere Cocktails genießen. Die Zimmer waren modern und komfortabel ausgestattet, sodass es uns an nichts fehlte. Alles in allem hatten wir einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt im Hotel Paradies und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Abbiamo trascorso un week end davvero magico presso questa struttura. Tutto perfetto: personale gentilissimo e disponibile, ambienti super curati, cibo ottimo. Grande attenzione anche verso i bimbi. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Complimenti davvero!

Zimmer groß und sehr sauber, Essen hervorragend und exzellenter Service. Weinsortiment ausgezeichnet. Gesamtservice bestens, Rezeption sehr kompetent. Zimmerservice sehr schnell und sauber. Inhaberfamile ist sehr freundlich.

Andiamo per ordine: arriviamo in hotel e non appena prendiamo possesso della stanza ci rendiamo immediatamente conto che non è minimamente dotata dello spazio minimo per essere vissuta da due adulti, un ragazzo di 17 anni e un cagnolino. Facciamo presente la problematica in reception chiedendo una diversa collocazione, rendendoci contestualmente disponibili a pagare un eventuale supplemento. Ci viene riferito che l’hotel è pieno (non più di 10 minuti prima dallo stesso operatore eravamo stati rassicurati circa una situazione abbastanza tranquilla nelle parti comuni visto che qualche giorno prima c’era caos dovuto al fatto che l’hotel fosse al colmo della ricezione). Ci evidenziano quindi che la stanza ci era stata illustrata al momento dell’offerta della stessa con relativa planimetria. Tutto vero… peccato che nella mail non veniva precisato che il letto matrimoniale fosse un king size e il divano letto adiacente una volta aperto, sarebbe arrivato quasi a toccare la sponda di quello matrimoniale (30 cm circa che rendevano difficoltoso persino il passaggio o l’uscita sul balcone, la cui finestra neanche poteva aprirsi completamente). Dopo tre giorni di malcontento abbiamo avuto modo di rappresentare questo disservizio al responsabile dell’hotel (crediamo almeno che lo fosse visto che non ha avuto neanche l’accortezza di qualificarsi). Dopo averci informato che noi avremmo dovuto comunicare la problematica a lui e non alla receptionist (perchè non parlano tra loro?) rassicura mia moglie dicendo che l’indomani si sarebbero liberate due stanze più accoglienti e che gliele avrebbe mostrate affinchè potessimo decidere per un eventuale trasferimento. Non solo non ha avuto la premura di farci vedere le fantomatiche stanze ma ha evitato persino di salutare quando casualmente ci incontrava in hotel. Alla nostra richiesta di anticipare la partenza di un giorno ci è stato detto che avremmo dovuto pagare tutto il periodo. Di fronte alla mia ferma determinazione di non pagare l’ultima notte comunicando l’intenzione di voler ricorrere anche alle vie legali pur di far valere il mio diritto, la proprietà ha fatto sapere che ci faceva questa concessione e, vista la loro comprensione, avremmo potuto evitare la recensione. Ed è proprio per questo che invece voglio dare il mio piccolissimo contributo. Fare di un hotel un 5 stelle a tutto titolo, non vuol dire dotarsi di plaid di ciniglia, cuscini di velluto e lanterne sp**** qua e là, la differenza è la cura dell’ospite, la disponibilità ad accogliere e risolvere le problematiche prospettate (nella fattispecie non parliamo di capricci e le foto lo dimostrano). Bisognerebbe comprendere che quando si sceglie una struttura piuttosto che un’altra c’è un investimento fatto anche di fiducia e dovrebbe essere ripagato con la piena accoglienza e disponibilità. Gli ospiti dovrebbero essere tali.
