Excellent location, clean room, friendly staff and good breakfast.

Stayed here with my teenage son for 4 nights. Location is super excellent with a breakfast view of Labuan Bajo harbour that is amazing! Generally room was in good condition and very well worth the price we paid. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times too. It is located just a block from the busiest street which is great, so expect louder noise coming from the local mosque and church, traffic and nearby other hotels music etc but we were heavy sleepers so it did not bother us in exchange for the excellent location. It is also not a five star hotel so obviously don’t expect that and you will be very pleasantly surprised.

Very attentive and polite staff! Great location at the central area of Labuan Bajo allowing you to do many activities. The view from the rooftop where the breakfast is served is very beautiful. Clean and provided the basic amenities.

Near the harbour, within 5 minutes can reach by walking, nice looking hotel

The hotel looks great both from the outside and inside. The room very clean, spacious and i like the "woody" setting & furniture. Service staff helpful & nice. It will be good if room is equipped with TV.

Overall the room is fine and comes with the good price.

Next to all stores and the port as well. Nice view there. I love the place!

Location is within walking distance to the Main Street and local supermarket. Breakfast was simple and standard. The hot water runs out pretty quickly.

Nothing fancy. We stayed for 1 night before departing for Komodo and it did the job. Close to the pier though!

For the price you’re paying, excellent amenities. Great service with airport transfer at an affordable price. You can even rent a bike for super good price. Located close to the harbor and many food places. Breakfast provided for us was pretty yummy as well. Only issue is got woken up by loud music in the morning from some exercise classes and the rooms aren’t very quiet. Outside noises can be heard from the rooms. Overall nice to stay for short trip!

Good location

We came here for 5 days to enjoy the diving around Labuan Bajo. Whilst the location was good, we could easily walk into town and to the harbour. Every night loud music was played by the reccently opened hostel behind. On top of this karaoke seemed to be taking place in the restaurant or bar in front, this made it very hard to sleep. The breakfast was disappointing, there were very limited options and we actually ended up not having it for the whole stay. The room was big and clean but a bit old, the WiFi was a little patchy and we were provided just basic soap. The best part of the stay was the friendliness of the staff, who did go out their way to make us welcome. Overall there are much better budget options in Labuan Bajo.
