Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture (slide). In the house: internet access, washing machine. Motor access to the house (100 m via unmade road). Parking. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 2 km, pebble beach 2 km, rocky beach 2 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. 3-room apartment 90 m2, on the ground floor. Practical furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed, satellite TV, international TV channels and air conditioning. This is my next stay in Princip. A perfect location. Mrs. Olgica and the late Franko is extremely open and friendly, and at the same time discreet people. Purely. Despite the neighboring apartments, I had a sense of intimacy. I recommend.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, neue und bessere Ausstattung, als auf den Bildern (Stand Juli 2023) zu sehen. Traumblick von der Terrasse, Pool in Ordnung und von der Größe optimal. Ganz nette Vermieterin.

Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt.Pool und Aussicht einfach traumhaft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett.
