Fyrholt Rejser, which is a Danish travel company, has used Hotel Les Falaises as a starting point for a week's walking holiday in the area. We stayed 18 people in the hotel, 7 nights with half board. We were very satisfied with our stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is good and varied, the rooms are nice, and there is a wonderful pool area with a view of 'les falaises'. We absolutely recommend the hotel and we will definitely come again.

We stayed here as an overnight stop going south as the photos looked good. The reviews weren’t 100% great but we were very surprised to see it described as rundown. It’s clean, bright, with friendly helpful staff and the most amazing views. The terraces of the dining area look out onto huge rocky cliffs and a river gorge. The rooms are small but comfortable and the restaurant serves huge portions, ok it’s not gourmet food but they are trying and at reasonable prices. The pool area was beautiful and the breakfasts…,everything anyone might want, including oddly Tiptree jams and masses of fresh fruits, bread, chausson de pommes, outstanding.

Literie globalement bonne, cadre sympathique (calme, proximité des falaises et du chemin de hallage) mais chambre un peu terne et froide et une odeur de renfermé et un peu vieillot. Notre chambre disposait d'un salle de bain peu pratique. Enfin, petit détail "irritant" à notre époque, l'absence de prises de part et d'autre du lit. Loin de ce qu'on peut attendre d'un 3 étoiles.

Une rénovation serait de bonne augure. Par contre le cadre est idyllique idéal pour le début d’une randonnéeLe déjeuner était banal ni mauvais, ni bon. Un effort serait le bienvenu notamment sur les entrées. Bien pour un midi. Personnel très sympathique et professionnel.

Très déçu de cet hôtel malgré les avis positifs. Le cadre est magnifique mais le village est à moitié en ruine et l'endroit est très bruyant, entre les voitures qui passent, le klaxon du bateau qui appelle ses clients toutes les demi heure juste devant l'hôtel toute la journée de 9h00 à 18h00, le bruit de la hôte de la cuisine que l'on entend jusqu'à 23h30 et les discutions du personnel dans la rue juste devant les chambres jusqu'à plus de minuit. La fenêtre qui ne ferme pas côté rue, la chambre qui est trop petite avec de nombreuses toiles d'araignées et une grosse trace de graisse qui a coulé le long de la porte au niveau du système automatique de fermeture. Le pire, nous avons trouvé des cheveux sur la couverture et les draps du lit. La salle de bain est très vieillotte , cette établissement ne vaut pas plus de 2 étoiles. Nous devions rester 3 nuits, nous sommes partis après 1 nuit.

O local e simples mas oferece tudo que precisamos para uma noite ou para quem quer fazer uma base na região. Quarto limpo e confortável , tem aquecimento , cafe da manha de acordo com o preço oferecido pela diária . Funcionários super atenciosos . Restaurante jantamos a noite e tudo delicioso . Alem de tudo fica de frente para a falésia , e a beira do rio Lot . Uma ponte a próxima com belas fotografia a registrar .

Accueil chaleureux, très bel emplacement! La piscine est un plus après une journée de randonnée ou d'excursion. La vue imprenabe sur les falaises nous impressionne à chaque fois qu'on revient. Et on reviendra!

Personnel très sympathique et bons repas avec spécialités locales. L'hôtel est au bord de la rivière tout près de l'embarcadère pour les mini-croisières et autres activités nautiques. Il est entouré d'un cadre somptueux avec les falaises qui tombent à pic.
