Therme Laa - Hotel & Silent Spa

The hotel is nice and spotlessly clean, the rooms are very quiet with beautiful views, massive baths and powerful showers, luxurious toiletries, towels and bathrobes, comfortable beds with high quality mattresses and bedding. The reception staff is friendly, helpful and professional, fluent in many languages. The breakfast is exceptional. The formal restaurant is not really worth your time and money in our opinion, running a restaurant and hospitality business ourselves, my husband being a chef, as the food here is trying to mimic high end cuisine, trying to be ’posh’, but really badly. The atmosphere here is very formal, cold, uncomfortable and unfriendly. The waiting staff we have experienced were ignorant and bordering on arrogant. No one is smiling or chats with you, it feels like they can’t wait for you to get out, doing the absolute minimum. They forbid you to wear slippers here and have a phone with you, which would be absolutely acceptable if it’s fantastic restaurant with great service and high quality food, which unfortunately it is far from. Better option, especially if you have children or teenagers, would be the more relaxed part of the restaurant at the back, with a buffet choices and self service. The selection of locally sourced cheeses is incredible. The cheeses are so good! Also there is a self service canteen inside the spa area, which is very convenient, great value fast ready cooked traditional food with lots of options to choose from. The spa is out of this world, with hot salty water outdoor pool, inside pools floating into each other, with slide and fun activities for the children and teens. There is plenty of loungers and sun beds around the area, but the water world can get incredibly busy as it’s open to general public. We loved it here the most at the least busy calm periods that we could experience as being the hotel guests. The sauna world is absolutely outstanding, with many different temperatures and styles saunas, with cold and warm outdoor pools. They provide a great, once in a lifetime fan ceremony inside the sauna, where a lady waves a large orange fan and pours water onto the hot rocks, making the air and temperature inside the sauna even hotter. It’s amazing. Even our eye balls were sweating :). Then you jump inside the cold pool outside. Such sensational invigorating experience for your body and mind! We really liked the massage and treatments available at the spa. The staff here is very professional, discreet and accommodating. Clean, comfortable, competent, good food. Architecture and interior decoration average. bathtubs big, but Not easily accessible. Reception does offer a device to Help people with reduced Mobility use them. Free Bikes to borrow. 10 minute's Walk to the railway station, a big plus for easy Access from Vienna. Die Not use the Premium spa facilities, only the Public Part of the baths.

The whole stay was very relaxing, excellent kitchen, thermal spa 10 out of 10, accomodation very good, clean, quite. My only cosmetic complain was regarding a bed mattress, softer to my liking, but acceptable. I would enjoy a stay in colder months due to thermal spa. One of the pools was salinated, nice. 👍👍

Nice hotel, friendly staff and amazing restaurant. Pool with thermal water was sooo relaxing :) Parking outside for free, our room had a bathtub and a balcony. I recommend this place to spend a break from your everyday routine.

Unser Aufenthalt in den Silent Villas war einfach nur traumhaft. Die Villen selbst bieten eine Top-Ausstattung und lassen keine Wünsche offen – von hochwertigen Möbeln bis hin zu modernster Technik, Sauna, Whirlpool, freistehende Badewanne, Kamin im Wohnzimmer... alles ist perfekt durchdacht. Das Ambiente ist luxuriös und doch gemütlich, was für absolute Entspannung sorgt. Besonders begeistert hat mich das köstliche Essen; den reichlich gefüllten Frühstückskorb seiner Wahl wählt man am Abend aus! Der wird super pünktlich liebevoll morgens in die Villa serviert. Jede Mahlzeit war ein echtes Highlight, liebevoll zubereitet und immer frisch. Ein großes Kompliment an die Küche! Die Mitarbeiter sind extrem freundlich und engagiert, man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an herzlich willkommen. Jeder Wunsch wird einem von den Augen abgelesen, und das immer mit einem Lächeln – einfach großartig! Die Lage der Villen ist ideal für alle, die Ruhe und Natur suchen. Für Sportbegeisterte gibt es tolle Laufstrecken direkt vor der Haustür, und wer lieber schwimmt, kann im Becken entspannt seine Bahnen ziehen. Insgesamt war es ein Aufenthalt, der keine Wünsche offen lässt – ich komme definitiv wieder und kann die Silent Villas wärmstens empfehlen!

Wir waren übers Wochenende in einer der Silent Villas, es war ein traumhafter Aufenthalt. Man wird mit einem E-Mercedes in die Villa geführt, diese verfügt über eine eigene Sauna, man bekommt tolle Aufgussdüfte und -salze. Auf der Terrasse kann man im Whirlpool entspannen, auch hierfür gibt es mega coole Essenzen und der Teich ist bezaubernd. Man kann sich zum Schlafen in dem übergroßen und extrem bequemen Bett aus einem Kissenmenü zusätzliche Kissen bestellen. Ich habe mir auch noch eine Fußpflege gegönnt, hierfür wurde ich mit dem E-Mercedes vom Buttler extra in dem Spa Bereich kutschiert, auch das Essen im Restaurant war super köstlich - alles in allem daher ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt, man findet hier einen luxuriösen Ort, um ideal zur Ruhe zu kommen und in absoluter Privatsphäre zu entspannen.
