Beautiful , very nice design hotel with an amazing view over the the dune. Very big pool that can. E indoor or outdoor, nice restaurant and the food is very very good. Nice bar outside with a bar menu and les huître, really humid.great address in Arcachon. Ps : don’t miss the pastry shop’

Exceeding my expectations. The room and the restaurants looked better than on the pictures. The design is very well done, though the normal rooms are a bit small. The attention to detail is amazing. What makes all the difference is the staff. Everyone was wonderful, friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The hotel is just 1 Minute away from a small beach. If you want to go to the very long and beautiful beach at Dune du Pilat, the hotels provides a shuttle that drops you off at the top of some stairs, so it is just a 5-10 minute walk. I didn‘t want to leave and will definitely be back!

The hotel is modern and is trying very hard to be "funky." Unfortunately, that means it misses the mark when it comes to some of the basics. Service is slow, the breakfast is poor, the seating is uncomfortable in most areas and the staff can be quite uppity. Everything at the hotel is unjustifiably expensive, and the quality is mediocre. We wanted very much to love this hotel, but it just fails on so many levels that it doesn't merit the 5* rating. No doubt it is at least 3* and maybe 4 at a push. Whatever you do, do not opt for the Sunday brunch. It's 95 euro, and unless you absolutely love shellfish, you will be very disappointed. Essentially, it's a modest breakfast buffet with a shellfish counter. Having had brunch at the Burj Al Arab and many other 5* establishments, it was a complete letdown. Regrettably we can not recommend this hotel.

First time to the Bordeaux region and the close by Atlantic coast. By pure luck we found this gem in Pyla-sur-Mer and booked the top level apartment for 3 nights. While we nearly had the hotel to our own (at least it felt like it) in the first 2 days, it got busier towards the weekend. Nevertheless the service was impeccable, always someone to help and amazing with the kids. Superb 5 star service, a top concierge that made our trip one of the best ones ever and nice restaurants and bars. The breakfast was a nice and fresh selection, top quality and relaxed seating, both indoors and outdoors. On our last night the concierge booked the restaurant at the sister property Co(o)rniche just up the road, great sunset, good music, cold drinks and fab service. Overall one of the best stays I had in my life, we will def come back.

Amazing service&food. One of the very best hotels i have been to. In a great location with the beach/sea across the street, the hotel impresses for the quality of the staff/service and above all the AMAZING food. The sunday brunch is a MUST. Dont miss Cafe Haitza across the street and spending time in the pool.

Desayuno muy pobre para la categoría del hotel. Piscina cubierta preciosa. Buena tienda de dulces. Personal amable. Habitaciones amplias y modernas

Merci en premier au personnel de cet hôtel extrêmement à l'écoute pour répondre aux besoin des clients . Hôtel très propre , très bons petit déjeuner et restauration excellente à l'hôtel . La piscine est , elle aussi très agréable car propre et l'eau est chaude 28 à 29 degrés.

Les confitures sont excellentes. C'est d'ailleurs le moins qu'on puisse attendre d'un établissement qui se veut de haut standing et pour un brunch dont l'addition se monte à près de 650 € pour 5 adultes et 2 enfants de moins de 6 ans (avec une bouteille de champagne, un verre de Margaux et une bouteille d'eau gazeuse). Visiblement pourtant, la personne (le patron ?) qui est venu nous faire une réflexion veille avec beaucoup de vigilance sur les marges (car nous emportions 3 mini-pots de confitures individuels à la demande de notre petite-fille de 6 ans, qui souhaitait conserver un souvenir du lieu et se faire deux tartines le lendemain matin) et tient à les préserver. "On est pas à l'Intermarché". Ce genre de réflexion abrupte et grossière, en forme d'esclandre, devant d'autres clients qui plus est, peut toutefois en faire douter. Cela témoigne d'un manque total de savoir-être envers la clientèle et démontre que les règles de base de courtoisie de l'hôtellerie-restauration ne sont manifestement pas acquises. Clients depuis 5 ans, ayant par ailleurs organisé un repas de famille de 17 personnes au café Haaitza la semaine précédente, le constat dressé est peu glorieux. La qualité des plats et fruits de mer est en baisse (homard américain trop cuits et aqueux par exemple) et l'ambiance est devenue au fil du temps beaucoup plus m'as-tu vu que chaleureuse. Un brunch raté, mais espérons que les confitures seront bientôt proposées en grands pots avec cuillères pour sauver les bénéfices et éviter de dangereux larcins. Ainsi le sens du profit sera préservé sur le sens de la clientèle et les 3 mini-pots de confitures auront sauvé l'établissement. En tout cas nous ne reviendrons pas pour le constater.

Tout est réuni pour passer un très agréable moment. Nous sommes venus deux fois pendant notre séjour ! Nous avons testé le brunch du dimanche et sommes revenus pour le goûter, le décor, le service est impeccable, un accueil parfait , la nourriture est bonne, le cadre très chic et cosy. Un grand bravo à toute l’équipe , enfin un établissement à la hauteur !! On reviendra pour tester l’hôtel et le restaurant gastronomique.
