This hotel is an absolute gem! The apartments are incredibly spacious and provide a peaceful, quiet atmosphere with considerate neighbors. The cleanliness is top-notch, with the place being tidied up almost every other day. The food options are not only delicious but varied, ensuring there's something for everyone. Most importantly, the rooms are beautifully designed and extremely comfortable, making it a perfect home away from home. Highly recommend!

This is quite the place they've got here, I love everything, it's so calm and quiet. Situated in the quietest zones. Very clean and the service is on point, although the wifi trips a bit, it's really nice and Giacomo is the best friend ever. I hope to return here in the future.

Very good experience, everything is clean, the service is good, the people are very kind. The place is near to the train station and the bus stop. Breakfast is very good and tasty. The neighborhood is very calm and quiet. The apartments are very comfortables.

Residence scelto come base per la visita 5 terre a la Spezia. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, parcheggio interno comodo, distanza 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione camminando spediti parte in pista ciclabile, una ventina di minuti dal centro. Potrebbe essere più curato perché alcune cose come la doccia o gli arredi sono parzialmente rovinati, ma l'appartamento a noi assegnato era grande Arioso comodo, con tutto il necessario e con esposizione al sole fino alle 3, in primavera bello. Siamo stati molto bene e lo consigliamo anche per la simpatia del proprietario e disponibilità e per l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo riscontrato per il periodo da noi richiesto.
